  4. @Pernani What’s on the wall comes from the practices of exercise & meditation. Use any affirmations you want. They’re unique to the individual. Sometimes general, sometimes specific.
  5. @zunnyman That is the payoff, but nobody gets it. Really gotta hear how the words are not the experience on this. Turn around and start taking a really good look at the snake. It might only be a stick. It might be a fuckin snake though! ? You might have an epistemological foundation that you are alive without having inquired.
  6. That’s a good thing. Confusion is deepening / growth. Like the static between radio stations while you’re turning up the dial. (Radios are these things people used to use that played music received from radio wave towers, and had knobs & stuff on em) Think about it this way, if you just watched yet another episode of Friends, and didn’t even consider personal development - you’d understand everything! There’d be no confusion at all!
  7. @PernaniJust one guy’s testimony, but if you’re ‘doubting it even works’, then you haven’t actually done it yet. I painted a couple walls with chalk paint, where I exercise & meditate. The exercise (and earbuds turned up to 11) inspire action & expansion, so I get it all laid out and planned effortlessly on a wall (business ideas, projections, etc). Tons of space compared to a dry erase board or computer screen. After meditation, I write insights, about how to go about some things I’m into, etc, on the other wall. I also have a section for manifesting, usually 5 - 10 things I want to come into my life. When they do, I erase them and write new ones. Been doing this for about 2 years and it changed ‘my’ life, and ‘reality’. Doing ten times what I ever was without effort. That all started from trying affirmations and ‘getting it’, that how I perceive & interpret...

  9. @Rohit N There is no drudgery, you need to redo your perspective on this. That drudgery is on you brutha. It’s neg projection. Never dis the music, the music is sound. Lol Training yourself to sing properly involves intense ab workouts, stretching your diaphragm, and breathe control... as well as vibrationally finding your registers; chest, throat and head. This enhances the practices of meditation and breathe work like cookies go with milk. You’ll develop your breath control, focus, confidence, concentration, abs, attitude, and “talent” all with one crazy fun practice. Not to mention, you’ll soon be able to ‘move’ your awareness through each part of your body from playing and singing. And OMG Rohit, soon enough, you’ll be ‘zoning’ - ‘flowin’. Get good at both, and you’ll be doing it with zero thought. This, along with daily meditation, is a sweet little recipe for samadhi. Consider writing songs too, it’ll draw creativity out of you and deepen your connection to the creator you were born to be. Apparently, it doesn’t hurt in the ‘getting the ladies’ dept either. And then, further down the road, between the practicing, and the practices, every song will suddenly reveal itself to you. Songs you’ve heard a hundred times - you’ll hear for the first time.

People who are angered easily say “It’s just how I am” People who smoke cigarette say “It’s just not a good time for me to quit” People who don’t have a job say “there just aren’t any good ones out there” People who need more focus & concentration “Just can’t meditate” People who get shit done, do.

  16. @Moses Look for some videos and reading on nature’s Mayan calendar, and when it was replaced with the Catholic Georgian calendar, and who benefited. Time is just a conceptual man made confinement. All the tiny changes that make up what you’re seeing right now are amazingly jaw dropping when you realize you’ve been the one implying the ‘time’ on it....this whole time.
