Leave it in the appearance, don’t try to port it into nonduality. (I realize this appears to imply a duality, only direct experience will do here.) Your true nature is infinitely beyond anything you could reference. Yet, there is a “light”, and you could say it’s one of these: But this light is not the light referred to. It absolutely does not collapse. You are just about to the ‘edge’ of logic & reason though. Consider psychedelics and inward investigation to the same magnitude. Very excited for you. Also, consider a reveal in this that absolute is “””limiting”””” to itself in the appearance of reality. So light is collapsible because light (not the same “light”) the absolute, hence the law of one, nonduality, same for love, same for intelligence, (and I’m pretty damn sure humor) though these facets of absolute are not facets and are not what is referred to in the (collapsed) illusion with the use of these words. Maybe more clearly summed, absolute can’t be experienced, one can only experience it is what they are. Such is the light, the love, etc.

Because it’s a loop you’re doing. Starting as God, imaging a life & forgetting you’re God, and then arriving at both simultaneously (back to God). The loop is unidirectional, obviously, as finite can not create infinite - it already is - it never wasn’t - that was just a thought.

@CreamCat What do you want from this life? What do you really want? What do you want so deeply that Everything else becomes a distant second. So deeply that every choice is made in terms of supporting this dream or not. From that vantage point, addictions will not tempt you so much.

What knows it is not a thing?

Sex is the illusionary basis in which Nothing appears as one, and another, and now appearing as two, appears to create another one, perpetuating the illusion. Sex is an illusion which perpetuates illusions, and it is as sure as death, in which the illusion ends. Don’t tell my wife this though, she thinks it’s real af. The witness / consciousness is not relative to anything, all things are relative to it.

Two things...you did not experience this like you feel you did. You experienced a screen. Might sound like a subtle difference, but if you want to help people, you’ll need to realize the difference. Being on the falsity rollercoaster of sadness, etc, will not result in the high energy you will need to help people to the tune you desire. After you get yourself there, you’ll have all the energy in the universe to help. You are not feeling sadness because you are empathetic. It is because you have not mastered your own energy, and you’re being taken for a ride by the energy of others. If you’re going to uplift anyone, you’re first going to have to learn how to keep yourself “up”.

Bullshit. The scientific materialist paradigm has come up with ZERO explanation in terms of consciousness arising as a byproduct of matter.
