I remember some years ago when I watched my first mindfuck movie for the first time, I was quite shocked. Not because of the movie in itself, but because I was wondering myself «What if all my life is as fake ?» I stumbled on Leo's video soon after and started to understood vaguely that I was probably onto something. I personally think those movies are a great way to mess with our logical mind and our current paradigm (whatever it is). It will forces your logical mind to crumble on itself, unless of course you read all the theories on the web (and mental masturbate about it). If we're honest about our current experience, we can't know if we're in The Matrix, a Dark city or a The Game kind of reality. Minfuck yourself as much as you can, prepare yourself to get fisted hard once your first few mystical experiences happen, Don't wait for it, fuck yourself first ! (Applies to psychedelics too ofc ?)

I don't think it's possible, since Leo said in several videos that you can never know if you're self deceiving yourself or that if you're locked into a paradigm. He even asked Peter Ralston if enlightenment wasn't a paradigm and that in theory you can't know if there is more. It's basically admitting everything you say might be untrue. Can't be wiser than that ?

That's 4 FUCKING HOURS wasted, because if I did took proper notes, I would just have to open Onenote and check them, and read them in less than 10 minutes. Another example, I remember some really gold nuggets in the Book of not knowing, but I don't know where those are in the books. This book has 450 pages written in small characters. It took me 1 months to read the first time ... So you know what you have to do now !

I don't particularly like to do that, because like you said, I would need to read watch again the source to be sure about my notes. I personally prefer to read the original quotes and think for a few seconds (if necessary) what the meaning of it is.

Isn't it ironic that Leo, who isn't enlightened, explain non-duality in a more effective and simple way than any teacher known ? If I had to choose between only one source, I would choose Leo without a doubt

Just take notes on the most important point that explain the subject of the video. It's all about intuition, there is zero skill required if you're not in college, since you can pause the video or your reading session at any time.
