  1. @jjer94 thank you my friend
  2. @jjer94 I like your use of songs at the end of your comments. Great touch. I searched Medical Medium and found this post. I have a friend who is a dietitian. We went over a lot of Medical Medium information together. I wanted to hear her thoughts. She said that you don't need as much protein as people are brainwashed into believing. Not that it isn't important. She's also vegetarian and seems fine on that diet. As am I. Anyway. We looked at his stuff, and most of it is solid health information, but with a marketing gimmick on top of it. Something did not fit right with it to me either. Especially after having to leave religion in the past, along with MANY other traps I kept falling into on my journey so far. However, I have a friend who does it strictly. Religiously. She is into it and trusts the information about angels and entities. She also channels the goddess Isis. I had a session with her, and although I am not aware of how channeling works, it genuinely helped me... SO because I don't understand it, I can't dismiss it fully. Regardless of how it works or why, it does work in some ways. Undeniable in my current perspective. The same with Medical Medium. She has helped heal many conditions with his information. Would it have worked just as well if she stuck to a diet with similar foods and not his food? No idea at ALL. So... I can't really say much about it. It works for her, but it doesn't always work for others. Is it true? No idea. I lean towards no, but I still respect the perspective and how the information has genuinely helped some people. I would like to commit to it and see how I feel after a few months to a year, but not get dogmatic about it. If it works for me, I will keep it. If not, then I won't. I believe the goal of any healthy diet should be to eat more foods that heal and support your body, in the right balance, in the highest quality possible. So if you want meat, get VERY particular about the kind of meat. Potential heavy metals, hormones. Etc. Also, make sure it is feasible for you to do it. However, knowing you committed to Medical Medium information, I don't think you will have trouble committing to anything else you choose to. Feel in with your body after eating something. See how it feels. If it feels bad, take it as a sign. Intuitive eating. Get in tune with your body and how it feels on different things. For example, I made an error, grabbed Wendy's, and felt like shit after. The brain fog was so terrible. I then proceeded to break my foot the same day. I am not saying it was 100% because of the brain fog that it happened, but it was enough to never eat that slop again. It changes how you feel. The better you eat, the better you will feel... usually. With me, the higher I feel in consciousness and more one with the universe I am, the less desire I have for meat. Is this just a belief I have reinforcing itself? It could be, but that is my experience. So for now, I want to stick to meatless, because I don't like how the animals are treated, nor do I crave meat. Will I be meatless forever? Maybe not. If you want to keep eating the Medical Medium Diet, keep going for it. You could make it hybrid. I know a guy who eats some meat at the end of the day, and the rest is MM. Do what works for you right now. Thanks for sharing your story.
  3. Only if it seems like it will be helpful for them or they wish to understand me. Other than that, not really. I don't find most of it to be helpful to most people. Nobody cares.
  4. @Yimpa Any recommendations?
  5. @Yimpa Wdym unless God wrote it? I don't want to assume I understand.
  6. Useful for understanding attraction at a basic level, but it's not everything. Depending on the woman and how developed you both are consciously, I think there is a LOT more wiggle room than constantly "Holding Frame". You could lose frame, and it would not matter so much. That's what I think, although the concept of frame does make sense generally. It's more of something I hold in my head loosely. Like most frameworks, ultimately, it's not perfect. I think some men would try to hold a frame, but it would be totally fake or repressed. Then they would also hide how they feel about things. Not act as authentically as they really could. Etc. I just act with pure intention, as I am, and meet people wherever they are at. As open and honest as I can be. I am very emotionally stable from all of the work I have done. From Google: Frame: the ability to maintain your mental strength, confidence, and personal reality when facing social pressure or outside stress. That's the basis of what Owen calls Frame. I am sure some people hold it neurotically and repress themselves emotionally to play face, which seems like the core issue with it, if I could name one thing.
  7. Oh, Owen Cook does that all the time now that I think about it. That makes sense. What is your view on Owen Cook these days? I know he was instrumental to you in some way at some point, from a post I read a long time ago. If you could let me know what you think of his concept of "Holding Frame" as well, I would appreciate it.
  8. @Schizophonia How do psychedelics make you less awake sober?
  9. I laughed pretty hard at this... I have to agree. I was only in Vancouver for 1 week, and I noticed a LOT of bugs. Way more than where I am in the USA. Swarms of them. I would walk on the sidewalks and see giant clusters of flies, and those were just the flies. There were a lot of other bugs too.
  10. https://www.actualized.org/insights/slay-the-spire-2 (Not @'ing since this is not important) Which Character do you like to play the most right now, Leo? I like all of them, of course, but I lean towards Regent. I like the star mechanic. It truly is such a great game. I am glad to see it get some attention. Did you ever play Terraria? I like that one as well. 100% different, though.
  11. One of the fittest, most attractive people I knew growing up is married to a very plain, fat, hard working man. Blue-collar What he does have is a beautiful internal state. HE is funny. He is extremely thoughtful and loving. Non needy. Doesn't qualify himself. Etc. They have a great partnership. But sure. Let's say he was more handsome. Would she like that more? Yeah. Would it make or break her being with him? No. Does it make sense now? At a certain point, why should someone even need lots of people to think they look good?
  12. Not going to read this whole thread but I just want to say that Owen Cook himself has talked about and shown some extremely short men who were not that attractive getting great results based on their skill and internal work alone. Owen isn't dazzeling to look at either, yet he gets great results. Does looking good help? Sure. It can be the difference between showing you take care of yourself or not. Do we need to follow the maxxing train? No. I have seen men who look like models that think their looks are the issue. Then they post on reddit asking for help, get surgeries, and end up kind of like clavicular. Meanwhile their internal state is terrible and women don't like them because they are insecure as fuck. Leo's blog post has a lot of truth in it https://www.actualized.org/insights/the-highest-form-of-game-is-being-god Owen Cook essentially follows this same line of thinking in his own way. Making men as free and socially calibrated as possible. The results from this plus basic selfcare/grooming will outweigh any silly looksmaxxing advice. I am not saying it doesn't help out either. It's just not *that* big of a deal in comparison. If you want to attract the hottest women you can, looking good helps, but you don't want to make it it's own bottleneck, as people here have said many times.
  13. In regard to Leo's most recent post, I just wanted to point this out. Each time Leo makes a post, someone copies him word for word in the comment section of whatever he shares. Maybe not on ALL posts, but most of them. I am not even sure if I find it annoying. I think it's kind of silly. It surely doesn't matter that much, but each time I see it, I don't understand why these people left the comment at all. Internet points?
  14. @LifeEnjoyer Just watched it after listening to the book. I really enjoyed it @LoneWonderer Silly and Childish? I think you may be taking it too seriously. Then again, I get enjoyment out of children's movies (I will watch Super Mario Galaxy and probably enjoy it) I don't feel embarrassed about enjoying stuff like that. I felt like phm was good with scientific realism as far as science plus fiction can go. In the book, they had more details about many things. It was more graphic and had language. I think you would like that better, but I don't understand your qualms with the movie, so I am unsure. Did you watch Marty Supreme? I am curious about what you thought of that one
  15. I never replied to this, my bad. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this. I read over it once or twice these last few days. I agree with you. I think I may have fallen into a similar place. A lot of bypassing, but I burned through most of what I could and now am living a familiar loop. I CRAVE that masculine energy it seems I am lacking. I believe I should put myself into a big challenge and stick to it, kind of like you said. The thing is, I think commitment and mastery of things is worth it. I feel it within myself that I would like that a lot... So it is time to commit and build. I feel like I knew this answer the whole time. It's just about being willing to go for it and learn. To look silly but to do *something* anyway. I know the biggest regrets of the dying, I know what leads to a spiritually bankrupt life, etc. It's about actually moving and being honest with the things I lack right now in this world, but still want to have.
