  1. Here are my wishes as someone that have watched all videos several times and read through basically the entire blog. A lot of these are obvious. Try to be succinct and to the point sometimes you use to many examples. You often explain things by giving examples of instances of the subject it and you often go to far like giving 15 examples of what love or unity looks like. Do not make references to current popular culture. Don't make crude jokes or edgy examples like "abuse is love", Its distasteful. Saying something like "absolutely everything is love" is more effective at leading people to truth because its less triggering and distracting with its bombast. Don't go on epic rants against Atheists, religious people, MAGA people, normies etc. Don't beat a dead horse, only clever and insightful arguments against these things. Don't talk about yourself like "I have accessed a level of conspicuousness where... " Instead make it about consciousness itself, like: "Consciousness is capable reach a level where..." What THIS present consciousness is, its potential, its nature etc. This is more true, tasteful and effective form of communication and inspiration imo. Take the insights you got from first person, remove yourself completely from it and make it about consciousness instead. There is almost no need to even mention yourself or use words like "me" and "I" at all when talking about the absolute, epistemology, metaphysics. You have a bad habit of talking and making things about yourself to the point that i am embarrassed to share your work to other people. Like when you said that your YT music playlist is worth 1000 dollars. Thanks.
  2. Find a group of people with common interests were you will get recurring contact with the same people. Super easy to find these groups on the internet. If you have problems connecting with people on a deeper level than just being acquaintances there is books out there for you to read. Simple. Seems to me that you are to caught up in negative thinking.
  3. @Leo Gura Whats your thoughts and experience with this law of attraction type stuff? I guess it gives one confidence and audacity, a positive mindset. But is it really more than that?
  4. Of course take responsibility for your health. But in the end worrying about is a loosing game, your body is slowly disintegrating every day and what is going to happen to your body i at large not under you control. You should spend a day at a nursing home, what happens to the body and mind at 85+ years is horrifying. Its a fact of life. But you are using you mind wrong if you ruminate about it. Are you living healthily right now or working towards being able to afford a healthy lifestyle? Is your health failing right now? Why worry about it? Do your best to live your best live. At 22 you will probably live a long and healthy life as long as you don't get into a car accident, overdose or commit suicide. If you work hard one day you might transcend your fear of death and have a more free mind. And even if you don't its fine everything is equal after death.
  5. @Leo Gura I have heard that you are creating a course on changing you subconscious mind. Could you share your favorite books on the topic on your book list, or other sources etc on your blog? Thanks
  6. @Entrepreneur Logical reasons is only the start of making new habits and directions. Logic is good for finding and prioritizing things you want to change in your life but. Its when you really feel and connect with what you want to do on an emotional level, in your actual doing of it that the habit sticks. Lets say you go on the internet and you find out about meditation or cardio exercise and its logical reasons for participating in it. The logic might be enough to try it for a couple weeks. But the logic isn't really enough to convince your mind that its worth the energy. Its when you really feel and see the potential of it its positive effects that it really becomes a part of who you are, and if you don't create this connection you will eventually fail. The question is then: What conscious actions can you partake in to create this emotional connection to whatever you want to implement into your life?
  7. @Ulax Thank you, i will put one of them on my e-reader.
  8. Thats intresting. Do you have any resources that would be a good entry point to start practicing ifs?
  9. @Ulax Yes, chat gpt recommended it too when i prompted it a similar question along with other therapies actually like CBT. How would you use it? To look for and sort-of unify parts of yourself that in conflict towards your pursuit?
  10. To me its no different then my other bodily needs, there is no magical cum energy. At least not in my balls.
  11. All true and wise. But you are not black pilled enough For me to pull this off i first need to get the security and autonomy so that i can sit and meditate all day. Also its fun, and life would be lame if you could just meditate it all away.
