  1. Leo says best way to teach someone is through socratic method. Since the socratic method is a form of questioning an idea/word/tool until you get to the truth of the matter, I'm guessing this means guiding the said person through the socratic method to help them arrive at the truth? I know my coach does this to me. My understanding of the method is that you just keep asking a question from many different angles until you arrive at the truth. For ex: "A triangle is a shape" Is a circle a triangle? "No. A triangle is a shape with 3 sides" Is 2 sides with a curved side, a triangle? "No, A triangle is a shape with 3 straight, sides" Etc. Example, helping someone that is hopeless: Can you achieve this? "No, I don't think I can" Why not? "Because I've failed in the past" Does past failures mean future failures? "No" Can you achieve this? "Possibly, and with a higher chance" Am I doing it right?

  5. A remake of: Because you've probably learnt many many things in the past 3 years. This would be such an amazing video And also, a video on emotional mastery. That would be especially beneficial.
  6. it helps you live a better & happier life One example is that Orange is disconnected with his feminine side, whereas green is not not sure about its tie with non-duality though
  7. @Leo Gura That means Trump, since he's red, when he's angry, may act beige that's quite... dangerous
  8. @Anirban657 he definitely embodies thick amounts of green. making an impact & service are his biggest values
  9. @Nadosa really try out that once. it will help a great deal, trust me

  11. Just a tip, but you can download them as mp3 and play them off your phone So when you're in the bathroom or on your commute, it will be useful
  12. @Dovahkiin how was chiang mai? I'm curious to why
  13. A very demotivating thing is when you type OCD into google, it says it bold letters on the sidebar "can't be cured" Jesus christ, before Personal development, I thought I was fucked. That line messed me up. I've made massive progress since then, and am aiming to make massive more progress. "impossible is something you have to prove. how did you come to that conclusion that it's impossible?" my OCD specialist once told me not to exercise, it wouldn't help my university psychologist tried to get me to take medicine for schizophrenia (i don't have that). when i looked up the medicine, recent research showed that it no longer showed benefit for OCD. thank god i didnt take it another university psychologist had no idea what OCD was i went to a therapist that gave me wrong advice for dealing with my fears. she said i was doing it wrong. but really her knowledge was incomplete. didnt know that at the time finally, i went to an online life coach, who didn't have ANY MEDICAL CERTIFICATION (she had life coaching certification) and she taught me so much about life and breaking through my barriers, i am forever grateful for her. worth more than my other 4 psychologists combined times 10. that's when i learnt to take matters into my own hands L o L not relevant, just wanted to share
  14. put your heart into 100 applications it's a numbers game
  15. not sure about this From what I vaguely understand about epigenetics, some mental health issues come from certain genes turned on. Lifestyle changes can cause the genes that cause mental health issues to turn off
  16. I was in deep sleep, 3h of sleeping Suddenly woke up my ego goes " not now, not now, not now, why now why now" my shadow is being shown to me so I go, perfect opportunity, "SHOW ME WHO YOU ARE. DIE" and i felt i got hit by a truck, and i regressed i try again, and more excrutiating pain i see who i am. its so scary. i literally cant handle it, and completely regress i think i shoved it down, the pain was too great i think i saw part of my deepest shadow. that bugger is fucking hidden. i actually dont want to recall what exactly i saw, as the pain was i think, the most intense ive ever felt. but if i had to guess, i think i was confronted with the fact that im insecure i questioned if i was alive after several times. i had to make sure by looking around it felt like a near death exp. like i saw my life about to flash away but it also felt like i was j looking at my shadow my left arm is a bit numb from the pain still
  17. so you think it was the truth? im thinking moreso, i saw my deepest secret about myself
  18. agree completely with @martin_malin Happiness is a larger topic than spiral dynamics. All else equal I'd say green is happier than orange etc. You can recognize the happiness limits of each stage And you can for sure be a depressed blue/orange/green (i have no understanding above green)
  19. In terms of can I just do it with only meditation -> I'm not really not sure actually. Only doing meditation wouldn't address root causes. But I think it would make it a lot easier to cope with depression In terms of curing depression - > I think it's about becoming conscious of the root causes as to why you're depressed and begin implementing the solutions to getting out of it. But for example, if you have some deep nutrition deficiencies, depression/poor mental health may be much more prominent.
  20. fucking pumped for green
  21. @Charlotte thanks. i have to figure out a way to get some now
