  1. Of course, but are you trying to attribute this to feminism? The comments would be even worse pre-feminism. Many redditors disavow the "liberal" label, as well, they're socialists, out and proud misandrists, they encourage murdering ceo's even. I got banned from every progressive subbredit last year for giving my opinion in one subbredit, that we should try to run a male candidate instead of Harris because of Hilarys loss, one comment. It's not liberal and they don't claim to be.
  2. "BREAKING: DOJ BOMBSHELL — Epstein files reportedly “even worse for Trump” than Republicans feared. The panic inside the Republican party — due to its decisive losses in Tuesday’s elections — just got even more frantic. Multiple House Republicans are reportedly freaking out after hearing from the Department of Justice that the unreleased Jeffrey Epstein files are especially compromising for Donald Trump. According to veteran reporter David Shuster — who’s worked for MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News — “rumors are sweeping through the GOP caucus” that the Epstein evidence includes photos of Trump with half-naked teenage girls. Shuster says several Republicans told him they’d been quietly warned by contacts inside DOJ and the FBI that the material is even worse than the claims made by Trump biographer Michael Wolff, who described seeing “a dozen Polaroids” of Trump and Epstein with topless young women “spread out like a deck of cards.” You read that right. Trump’s own biographer says he personally saw the pictures — and the DOJ supposedly has copies. Now Republicans are reportedly “spooked.” And after Attorney General Pam Bondi refused to answer Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s direct question about whether she’d seen those photos, the tension exploded behind closed doors. Bondi tried to dodge by throwing out false attacks about Democratic donors — but Whitehouse fired back, calling her statement a flat-out lie."
  3. Republicans also destabilize these other countries, creating refugees.
  4. Mamdani can accomplish a few things, all relying on increasing the corporate tax rate, he obviously can't increase it too much though. Increasing taxes obviously increases revenue, but it will also drive some corporations out of town. Which can actually be a good thing, relieving pressure on housing, jobs leaving. Mamdani can subsidize housing, new and remodeled, whether through tax abatements or low interest loans. He can do his grocery stores, they should operate at cost given tax free real estate. Other community programs And police reform The problem is, this takes time and a huge team that would require time to get functioning well.... socialists will hang him by then. He didn't get 50% of the vote his first election full of promises and energy. Just don't get your hopes up, and quit making him like your MLK or something. If he fails he'll take DSA down with him.
  5. You think Trump would prefer a free-market over one ruled by Imam Trump? No way. He would love to be over everything and decide who gets what, white wealthier America, then lesser paid worker brown countries. Evangelical-socialism, of the broad concept socialism.
  6. I guess that's what's behind Trump then, evangelical-socialism. Socialism being such a broad concept including classes of people. Imam Trump.
  7. Can you point me to this broad concept? Classes are fundamental to religion.
  8. Religion and classlessness aligning? Baloney, religion is a class system. "Religion is the opium of the people. It is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of our soulless conditions.”-marx
  9. Are you very familiar with Spira? You think someone with average intelligence can walk away from a Spira talk thinking 'I now need to attain enlightment'? That seems impossible to me. Spira teaches neo-advaita, legit neo-advaita though, not some contradictory runaround stuff, it's bare bones awareness. I don't see anything Spira teaches as something being shown as magical or supernatural, he goes straight to the point. I see his retreats as being sold as vacations, I think they do meditation, so a nice vacation like a meditation retreat. I will give you, he sells alleviation of suffering. But even look at the Sadhguru occultists on here, they think they're omniscient pontiffs now.
  10. He supports government seizing the means of production. Obviously he'll do nothing like that, the only real problem is his base disowning him when he can't keep any of his promises, they'll lynch him. I think he'll do really good things though.
  11. No it isn't. People will likely have experiences with Sadhgurus workshops. Spiritual tourism. Just quit selling it as enlightenment, or a cure for all of people's "true" problems.
  12. Lie, the only one I've called a conman is Sadhguru, I don't consider the others mentioned here to be conmen. If Sadhguru would stop misleading people to think he has magical sauce they need, everything else he does is great, even the pay for Kriya. Charging for spirituality is fine, charging for something you tell people they need get's you into problem territory. Sadhguru sells them a parachute, but to take the elevator down.... and calls it skydiving. This is a good analogy you brought up. Spirituality is a form of tourism, but Sadhguru sells it as something else 'the sauce you need', "you are mentally ill, I have the cure". You get what you pay for with Spira, sure some people HOPE it's something more. Some people hope the Eifel tower is cooler than it is, but when the ticket guy at the entrance tells them it's a life changing experience, he's a conman.
  13. It is No they wouldn't. Maintaining the Republican base requires constantly feeding them bullshit, keeping them stupid. Not even close
  14. No. You're confusing spirituality with ideology. The conmen are the ones that say "this is the path", 'I can do this for you'. They know they're lying, where are the people Sadhguru has enlightened? Spirituality is not a path, it's an endless realm in any and all directions, and each individual has individualized experiences. *Spirituality is not related to enlightenment.
