  1. I do work out a lot. Been lifting weights 3-5 times a week for the last few years
  2. i have weekends. I guess i should cancel soical events on weekends.
  3. Since I started to take my morning routine seriously I have made a lot of progress with my self-actualization. It would be great to have a thread where we all post our morning routines. I will go first! I wake up at around 5:30 AM every morning, and these are the things I do before I begin my day. 2-3 pages of freehand journaling 45 minutes of meditation 10 minutes of visualization Obviously, I wash my face and brush my teeth before I begin.

  7. @Michael569 I usually sleep by 23:00. I've found 6-7 hours of sleep to be enough for me

  9. @BuddhaTree Thanks for the reply! i have yet to try that version of Pranayama. You don't feel it is too complicated? I do a very simple pranayama similar to what leo does
  10. After all my profound psychedelic trips I always think I am going crazy. When i smoke dmt a few weeks ago the days after i thought for sure i am going crazy. "this is it, i've gone too .far"
  11. @Esoteric I am surprised you don't do yoni mudra. That for me is the most powerful kriya. What's your routine?
  12. I want to add in more structure to my day. I already have a solid morning routine but the rest of my day is all over the place. In the past when I have used a schedule I have always failed. What's the best way to introduce a schedule into my life? Should it be like every hour of the day i have something on my schedule?

  14. @Cocolove Sounds like you are making a lot of progress! I've found Yoni Mudra to be the strongest Kriya. Even after doing 1 Yoni Mudra my mind is much more still
  15. I’m seriously considering for the next 3-6months to either stop all spiritual practices or spend less time on it. Right now I meditate 60-9 minutes per day, while this is great and I am getting a lot of benefits from meditation at the same I feel my time should be used on integrating orange. I need to set up more financial success and build a good structure. I spend too much of my day meditating, reading books on these topics and watching videos. Even though I know money won’t make me happy at the same time I know I need to set up my finances better. I want to dedicate the next 3-6 months to spend more time on my online business and gain more financial security. Should I stop meditating during this time or reduce the time down to 20-30 minutes every day? Keep in mind my end goal is I want to have a build a good business structure so that I can step away and spend more time doing my spiritual practices. The past few years I have done multiple meditation retreats, but part of me feels guilty while I'm there because I know I should be making more money.

  18. Thanks for the responses guys I think I will just cut down the time i spend meditating to 30-40 minutes per day. I'm considering to start a visualisation habit too

  21. what i am currently considering to do is 30 minutes of Kriya every day and to stop using psychedelics. I have already had enough mystical experiences to know I want to purse enlightenment, but i need to be strategic
