I don’t take it seriously. I’m LGBT, but I don’t announce it outwardly. I was assigned male at birth, but I use he/they pronouns. Hell, call me a female and it won’t really matter to me.

OP (and myself) have mental health disorders. I don’t think salvia is a good idea for people like us. Then again, I’ve never tried it, so what do I know? But it’s definitely not on my radar at this time.

I haven’t tried Amnesia, but I definitely know what you mean about the melting experience. A couple times I was lying down on a bed and it felt as if I was lying down on a cloud.

This is going to sound radical, but you’ve got to be so open that you love even those experiences. Only then can you truly appreciate the profundity of Love. And, no, I don’t mean creating meaning behind those experiences that you need to rationalize and defend. But actually becoming so conscious of those experiences as Love. Absolute Love.

That advice can ring very true if you’re dealing with someone trapped in toxic masculinity. Escaping toxic masculinity shouldn’t be about changing the man, rather, having the wisdom to leave the entire relationship altogether. No rationalizations, no compromises, just straight up leaving.

This advice goes out to everyone here. Whatever pain you are experiencing, no matter the intensity… LOVE it as YOURSELF.

The hero’s journey is ultimately not about discovering some hidden secret that all of a sudden needs to be maintained and shared with everyone. It’s about realizing that the hero’s journey is you discovering you as the entire hero’s journey itself. The hero never dies - just forgotten… only to be discovered again from a new perspective and hero’s journey.

Time can be wasted as long as you are holding that belief in your mind to be absolutely true. I’m 26 and spent decades suffering. Now I can look back on my life and realize that all of is Reality, including time itself. You are not alone in this journey. If you need to seek professional mental health services, then be honest with yourself and find a way to actualize it (I see one once a week)! Doing so ultimately doesn’t contradict spirituality, at least from my perspective… I mean, Jesus Christ might have been one of the greatest therapists of all time.
