  1. Of course there is. Love is literally the answer. Don’t take my statement out of context.
  2. Yes, but that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Simply changing the story or belief you have about a traumatic event is not going to be sufficient. It may work in the short-term, but in the long-term creates more confusion and doubts about yourself. This is why Awakening and Love are essential to understand why anything, including horrible things, can exist.
  3. I would argue that claiming any identification as false is not fundamentally true. Rather, someone’s understanding of Reality can be significantly limited. Claiming that people’s experiences are false can actually worsen the narrative they have of themselves. For example, if I convinced myself that my OCD was false, I might as well not get therapy for it or do any therapeutic work to improve my condition.
  4. Convincing yourself that there’s nothing to do and that all is perfect. Nonduality? More like, Boreduality
  5. A belief understood clearly is the antidote to fear.
  6. I would rank overcoming OCD as one of the most challenging feats a human can accomplish. But then again, I’m biased
  7. That’s better than if those few people stay stuck in ignorance. Enlighten the commander, and the entire organization will thrive.
  8. Imagine being in love with someone, say your girlfriend. Do you always need to be with them in order for your life to change significantly and to be complete? Consider how this statement sounds: “I need to always be with my girlfriend in order to understand and be myself.”
  9. Don’t sell yourself short. I’ve noticed that you are taking this work seriously.
  10. You’ve confused some high mystical state for what Reality fundamentally is. That is the problem.
  11. I guarantee that whatever pain you are going through right now is not the end of the story. Life gets worse as a way show you what you are able to overcome. Also, I’m not talking to the “you” you think yourself to be.
  12. Don’t make this a limited belief for why you can’t take psychedelics, though (assuming that you want to take them). I’ve taken both ketamine and cannabis legally in Texas of all places. If there is a will, there is a way.
  13. @Arthogaan boredom isn’t just something that comes and goes. You literally embody boredom and become bored!
  14. What do you mean you can choose to go into this one or this one? And how do you do that?
  15. Reading your comment as I’m sat on the toilet
  16. You can still experience boredom, no problem.
  17. Not true. Some spiritual insights come from beyond human consciousness. You need to experience beyond human consciousness to understand this. Spiritual insight > spiritual idea
