Enlightenment and people are both dreams. Big shocker. Have a mystical experience so deep that you can’t tell the difference between any of that. Then go deeper. That’s what people are afraid of experiencing. But it’s important nonetheless as it allows you to cut through a lot of bs.

It’s possible to be in such a high state of consciousness that you meditate for 5 mins and understand the nature of reality more than a person who’s been meditating for 50 years daily.

After one of my most profound ketamine trips with my therapist, I stared into the eyes of my therapist for what felt like an eternity. What were we staring at? Of course… OURSELVES as GOD! You can die without physically dying. 100% possible, but science won’t tell you that.

So direct realization can be both spiritual and practical… I’m coining the term “spiractical”.

It’s not that you necessarily stop caring about practical problems. Rather, they can be recontextualized. They no longer are barriers that prevent you from living your highest potential. Instead, they are God’s/Your creation that can be understood at ever deeper levels. This leads to expanding your mind, and in fact allows you to work with practical problems with higher clarity and flexibility.

I’ve noticed that some nights I only get 2-3 hours of sleep. I then wake up in a high conscious, hyper aware state. Hopefully science can catch up and discover what causes this phenomena
