  1. There’s either no end to thoughts and beliefs, or there’s no end to your infinite nature. It’s the choice-less choice that is freeing Good, I wouldn’t want one person to monopolize the truth anyway
  2. Shadow work is simply this: Learning to love yourself more unconditionally; less selfishly
  3. Either humans programmed this in a way to prevent Civil War II.. or God is more intelligent than GPT-4
  4. After watching this video about gerrymandering, I decided to ask GPT-4 about racism. The initial answer GPT-4 gave led to an impromptu, short debate. I’ll link the video and quote the conversation at the bottom if you’d like to ponder those first. Lessons: You can tell that my questions came from a place of frustration and foolishness. At the end, however, the conversation helped calm my emotions and gave me a larger respect for society as a whole. Survival is much more complex than we appreciate; we’re blind to this while still living in constant survival mode. This is an example of how interacting with AI can be used in a way to open one’s mind and see life from a much more nuanced perspective. Of course, even AI has limitations. This is intentionally designed for very good reasons. If AI was completely unbiased, human beings and society as a whole would be in serious trouble. Advancing society too fast will do more harm than good, and I feel this is what progressives fail to understand. After this debate, I spoke with my father and asked for his perspective. This led to broadening the conversation even further in way that couldn’t have been possible with AI alone. This made me realize that it’s critical to gather information flexibly and holistically by zooming out (e.g. communicating with AI) and zooming in (e.g. communicating with a foreigner). We have the power to invigorate harmonious change using these tools, but we must ultimately use them in a way that benefits the whole. At the end of the day, start to seriously appreciate limitations. They make the game of life possible after all. Just don’t stay stuck in one way of being limited. You’ll be surprised at the possibilities that start to emerge. ————————————————
  5. If the trust is shattered, then that was meant to happen. It was for your own good, as well as for the other person. This does not mean that you and the other person can no longer learn to trust again. It’s up to you to do it in your own time.
  6. I write to myself, and I see myself through you and as you.
  7. A peaceful surrender. Yes, I’m allowing myself to wean off of my selfishness. When I do find myself being selfish, I allow any voice that comes up to express itself, without needing to fight with it. My therapist once taught me that dealing with thoughts with more thoughts keeps you stuck.
  8. And I’m proud of you for taking back your life! I’ve been in your shoes… now we have discovered the light and will shine this light in perfect harmony
  9. God loves everything because God is everything
  10. I find it quite fascinating how when I’m stuck hating myself, it feels like I deserve it and need to constantly do something to fix it/me. When I love myself, I don’t need to do anything, as everything occurs in its own perfect course. Of course, the hater will say that that’s irresponsible and lazy. But perhaps it’s irresponsible and lazy to not love yourself
  11. @Sugarcoat As a neurodiverse myself, it’s because we bring a lot of surprises to reality. If you think reality should be this way, NOPE, we create something completely wacky and weird, and we love it. Silly humans want to contain our powers ?
  12. My girlfriend once found out that I was cheating. We had an honest, painful, discussion about it, which led to forgiveness and maturity of our relationship.
  13. I’m trying to find the me who is meditating, but it seems that I went on vacation. Not to worry… by letting myself be, I set myself free
  14. @Moksha I tried proclaiming to my therapist that I understood what God is. However, I realize now that I was sneakily needing to get her approval and praise. She never gave it to me in a manner that catered to my own personal expectations, which is one of the best teachings I’ve received. It seems that the subtler the teaching, the more potent it is.
  15. And what would happen if the voices said they were demons or spirits? Then what?
  16. @Hojo Labels are a hell of a drug. It’s also worth noting that before I met my current guide/therapist, I looked up her bio and noticed that she was still in training by someone else. I was quick to assume that she was inexperienced and not worth my time; that working with a PhD would yield me better results. Boy, am I glad I followed my intuition. For the record, I’ve worked with therapists prior who had prestigious degrees, yet they confused me more than enlightened me. My point is to be open to anomalies.
  17. I’ve been working with an advanced therapist for the past year. On one hand it can be seen as going to therapy; on another hand it can be seen as spiritual work. Hell, I’m paying two for the price of one! Embrace your gifts and work with those who understand you deeply. We are quick to assume that crying is a sign of weakness and forfeit. Crying can also be a sign of strength and healing.
  18. Simply because this is a universally relatable reflection of our own behavior, albeit in a more extreme scenario. The problem is most people are not aware of this being a reflection of themselves as they’re consuming the news, thus they’ll always have someone or something to blame. People cope with traumatic events in their own unique ways. It’s important to remain open to diverse ways of communicating, but there are certainly consequences to how such communications will be perceived. It’s an extremely delicate balancing act, like navigating the depths of the ocean or observing human behavior both as individuals and as collectives.
  19. Mature Love is Absolute Selflessness. It’s the pure understanding that God is beyond and as all forms, regardless of how conscious or unconscious they may appear. God loves each form absolutely and even allows them to remain unconscious. This only appears to diminish the Truth, but ultimately that is also an illusion. Ultimately, the dream characters are no longer seen as separate, but as infinitely connected to the cosmos.
  20. It’s also important to note that what looks like serious/hard spiritual work for one person may not apply to another person. It’s important to be true to your own spiritual journey, while also respecting your place within the whole. This is key to ending all unnecessary debate and separation. Conscious Communication, in other words
  21. Only if you turn it into another dogma But, of course, some people need rules and categorizations to keep them afloat… for the time being.
  22. Infinite Love merges the infinite and finite beautifully I shall integrate this more gracefully, thanks to all of You.
  23. You are labeling one thing as human and another thing is God. Stop expecting. That will come and go, trust me.
