  1. Imo, 5meos work best with light and DMT with darkness.

The rest depending on the trip, on the come up and depending on the dosage laying down is important, to be grounded and relaxed. Music can be cool but there's also an insane beauty to silence.

A proper trip must have good preliminarilies, do your habitual spiritual practice, be it breathing, yoga, meditation. This is a must when serious tripping. Otherwise you'll lose a 25% of the experience doing things which should already be done coming into the experience.

In the trip, I like to have many tools with me. I wear Rudraksha, I like to have a vajra, a bell, a cross, a walking rod, a knife (don't recommend for newbies), some ointments, etc. These tools work for specific higher consciousness activities that need to be performed, I may become very unstable for that I take the rod, I may become rigid and solid for that the bells shaking it all out, I may have to purge some profound shit, for that the cross, I may need to rewire some energy circuits for that the vajra, etc.

Ending, it's always good to have some integration, I like to take one sizable insight/action from the trip and one image that represents the trip holistically.

  2. I'd say 30min for the full peak, although if the dose is strong at 20min you can already be quite there. The peak I'd say like 45min from a chemical standpoint, but from a consciousness standpoint you can stretch it to a solid 80min honestly, by which point your just landing while maintaining higher consciousness, closing the loop into your baseline state.

  3. Both can happen simultaneously. I have to share that my spiritual advancement has become so quick thanks to an obsessive study of the greatest mystics of all time, at the same time these mystics teach you that at the end of the day it's you who do the work and must breakthrough it all, achieving total sovereignty of Mind and God-Realisation, as everything is but a figment of your own mind, hence no figment can shine for the Infinity of all that you are.

Anchoring your mind on the best can give you direction and invaluable advice, but can also trap your consciousness in subtle limitations and delusions.

Breaking free from all anchors will make you more sovereign and intelligent, but on its own may block you reinventing the wheel on consciousness traps already solved.

What is very clear, is that after a certain point nobody will have awaken to what you're Awakening to and then you're totally alone discovering the new frontiers of Consciousness.

  4. Endurance and courage are essential requirements on the spiritual path. God realization is not bestowed upon cowards. Just as did Arjuna, each one of us has to act heroically, slaying our weaknesses.

Question - Ma, What do you consider to be the most essential thing in life?

Sri Anandamayi Ma - To try to find out “Who am I?” – the search after God.

But first of all, one must conceive the desire to know oneself.

When one finds one’s own Self, one has found God; and

finding God, one has found one’s own Self — the One Atman.

I have no need of doing or saying anything; there never was any need, neither is there now, nor will there ever be in the future. What you found manifested in me in the past, what you see now and what will be observed in the future is only for the good of you all. If you think that there is something peculiarly my own, I must tell you that the whole world is my own.

when visualising my attention goes to root and as breath moves attention follows, but it is mentioned in both text that concentrate on ajna.

Usually the texts say to rest your eyes on the third eye but your attention on the visualization.

When you start is common to follow your attention with the eyes, while doing yoga or vipassana. With time this needs to be resolved because it doesn't disconnect consciousness/awareness from the body faculty; by resting the eyes on the ajna and moving attention/awareness through the body, the knot of the eye-brain is eventually dissolved and one can feel through reality 360° independently of the eyes, because consciousness and consciousness skills are not eye dependent but direct awareness. As you progress, even the concentration of tunnel vision will dissolve making awareness and your visual perception panoramic and whole.

    This is my current understanding.

  6. Great substance combination, I really recommend it. Lots of similarities to MDMA, even better and more conscious, although not so chemically direct with Love, but you can get directly through the state of consciousness it puts you in, if you know what you're doing.

Great experience, very nice feelings and state of consciousness, one of my best trips ever. The awakenings were profound and good, but it was more on the aesthetics and personality of this combination what made me fall in love. The chemist that thought this combination in this proportion, knew what he was doing.

Bad effects, you may need magnesium to make the experience milder. Also if in the middle of the experience you notice your mind losing sharpness and becoming a bit sloppy, means you need to drink or ingest some light food to keep going. Jaw tension a bit uncomfortable but less than with MDMA.

Overall, words fail to describe the fullness  of the experience itself, so if you can get this combo I recommend it and see for yourself.

How did you do that? Were you aware you had those knots and tensions before taking 5meo?

Yes but I wasn't aware of how deep they were but surely of their existence. For example, take tension in the jaw that causes headaches, a decade long of tending the jaw and you don't even feel it. Till in a trip you realise omg, all my life I've been tension my jaw. Same with my ass, so much tension in there. I mostly could work on that on my own, but there's a deep energetic knot in my spine due to scoliosis and psychedelics (among many other things) have been very helpful in realigning myself, a work that couldn't be done just on my own but needed powerful and highly energetic psychedelics, alongside many other things.

For emotional trauma is also great, you can infuse it with awareness and love.
