  1. It's like sharpening a sword or building up muscle. That's the process. This is how I cognise it Intuition is my unconscious human mind at work From the whole reservoir of mind, intuition and dreams pop up. The unconscious mind works in arational, counterintuitive ways from the accumulated knowledge it has. What happens? Your untuition might have drown a connection from the unconscious and popped it out to you which is right for the situation. On the other hand, what happens when an intuition is wrong. The whole background connection is wrong, in the sense it does not correlate with reality. So the better of a map you have and accurate knowledge, the better your intuition will be. So "pure intuition" is always right regarding the whole reservoir of your mind BUT that cannot correlate with reality. That's why testing is necessary and in fact by testing then the whole unconscious patterns get fine tuned and reevalued. On the other hand, we're so used to work with our left brain that you need black and white systematic thinking. No. Intuition is right brain, treat it like a woman, then you'll understand it. Extra: There's also meta human intuition but I'm not gonna cover that.
  2. No no You're cognising it wrong Those videos are perfect for that moment of development, do you see it? If you try to teach a baby to read you can't give them Shakespeare. For example, if you actually fact checked all your high school maths with a university professor, it's full of imprecitions and pseudotruths. Well but that's how the mind works, you get a simple concept and you refine it again and again, test it, correct it, evolve it and so on. That's the art of pedagogy. This insight has been super crucial in my approach of Actualized.org material. Sometimes more advanced is worse actually, your mind can't make the jump, the old videos reach where you are at. In some underdeveloped areas of my life I prefer actually checking older videos. Consider that
  3. You should develop also a practice of catching your intuition going right One of the worst feelings I have is to suddendly get an intrusive thought. My mind analyzes and sees: this is kind of weird, it doesn't fit the situation at all. It's a bad decision. Just to have the situation reverted drastically a few moments later making that decision just perfect. Then I just sit both marvelled at that intuition and stupid for not working on it. So working on your intuition needs both axis of Truth verification. Double factor authentication
  4. @Rigel My understanding is that Leo was communicating how much he values it. That's the subjective worth the playlist has in his mind and that appreciation was communicated through a shared value system which is money.

  6. Many people say the best moment of the day is taking a shit I've come to love the processes of my body. Once when I was a kid I had a severe constipation and couldn't defecate for three weeks. I went to the doctor due to severe belly pain. They gave me some pills. I was in school and clogged the toilet. From that moment on I instantly saw the importance of loving my body and the shit process. So now I can say I have a loving relationship with it. I feel in my belly, I monitor myself, eat food that is good for my digestive system etc. So the problem is gone and a healthy habit and relationship has been built. Imagine if I hated the shit process and denied it, got anxiety when is the moment to use the bathroom, that's what many women face with menstruation. It's a more tedious process right but my analogy is trying to point the need for a loving relationship with all the functions of your body to whole and integrated.
  7. @Javfly33 Yes, I'm acquainted with the full story. I tried to point out how the narrative that is usually quoted for saying classic spiritual practices are better than psychedelics is in fact a story about a saint which was very open about psychedelics, tried them and recommended them.

  21. Not at all, it's more about the software than the hardware for attracting women. The opposite is the case for attracting men. Moreover, martial arts don't make you look bulked. They strenghten the muscles within and not in the volume sense. Sure there's correlation between martial arts and confidence/masculinity. But if you want to get success with women go directly to that which is learning how to flirt and massive experience in the field. As a fun story. In my first MMA sparring I got beaten up by a sixteen year old, which was almost half my height. On the streets nobody would say he can do that to anyone and he's quite shy. Most people that train don't look like alpha males at all, just regular guys which like to fight. Of course you always have the alpha dick head, but he gets humbled too. When you give you also receive.
