Both at a deep enough level, then you need to have a simultaneous & glorious awakening of both facets, Love & Reality. It depends on what we say words are. Do you believe you are seeing this shapes and colors called letters or are you actually seeing them? Spirituality is direct consciousness, DIRECT But if we are talking about stage green or religious spirituality, that could fit. Also you need to understand that your whole worldview and sense making is a web of believes. Tonight, when you go to bed you believe so much that you are going to wake up next morning, otherwise you wouldn't be able to sleep in reflections of the uncertainty of death. You believe there is an earth and billions of other humans you have never seen, you believe you were born and so on. So believe is the bread and butter of constructing reality, so if believe can be used to destroy believe, whatever who cares? At some point you believed another human telling you that awakening and enlightenment is possible, and you believed it! Yet that believed destroyed many believes and ultimately will ground you in a state of full consciousness of your believe making. This is an age old concept that Leo has called going Meta. Whatever tool used in the end needs to be transcended but if we don't have tool to begin with because we know it's a limitation in the ultimate sense, we are stucked. Ramana Maharshi used the metaphor of making a funeral pyre. He suggested that just as a funeral pyre consumes everything thrown into it, the stick used to build it finally is also thrown into the fire. An interesting factor that I've noticed is that people near you also start waking up and becoming more conscious, both in transcendental and human realms. In the beggining you would want to do this but it didn't happen, later it happens misteriously on it's own accord and law. Everything is blessed in your presence as you recognize things for what they are and EVERYTHING FALLS INTO PLACE. Unluckily I'm not awake. Consciousness is already awake at least that I can say.

Also your ear adapts to the sound while having them on, ear is peculiar, it balances subjective hearing level to medium after a while. I think this 2 points are key. They may be 20years+ doing sadhana for 18h a day to get that experience lol Can it be done? There is that possibility but contrast it with having it in 5min, there's no comparison. His mind and body was ready for the experience that's why he kept it more less cool. Maybe got there before, a few times in his life, but it's not as reproducible as 5meo. It's just a more efficient tool overall, all these sadhus would be much more awake with 5meo that's clear, with all the work they put in, literally they spend all their life in the streets doing yoga and meditation. With that dedication and 5meo, they would arrive much faster.

Messed it up in the calculations. I woke up today and my mind said nope that's not how it's done have you forgot everything from unviersity. Errata Notice: So Loop Quiet is 26 dB and Etymotic 13dB. This is the formula: Times more powerful=10^(dB difference/10) dB difference=26dB−13dB=13dB Times more powerful=10(13/10) Calculating this, you get: Times more powerful≈20Times more powerful≈20 Let's test it, 10log(x)=13dB; We inverse calculate that x≈20 If the formula is correct we should get 10log(x*20Times more powerful)= 26dB; Is this the case? 10log(20*20)=26dB Yes Let's try with the method that I tried to use before, given that each 3dB is double noise cancelation (as 10log(2) = 3dB) and knowing that the dB difference is 13dB.
