He once talked about how when he was working under his Professor in Grad School he was in a prison. He pondered if he would be capable of some of the violent acts the prisoners there had committed and he realized that if the circumstances were aligned just right he could do the same thing they did. This is why I say he is too intelligent and brilliant to have the current issue he is having. The same level of introspection a young Jordan Peterson was capable of he surely is capable of right now. I think one day he will realize his folly....probably on his death bed.

Sadhguru purposefully limits his teachings to reach the masses you cannot judge Sadhguru's level of knowledge based on his basic interviews. What he teaches within his Isha Foundation is different than what he offers the public. He dumbs things down and presents them very non threatening to the ego just to help the masses find Yoga practices as an integral aspect of their life. Both teachers have their methods. There is no better or more admirable way. If everyone followed Shinzen's methods less people would be exposed to Spiritual teachings from the East. Just like its good to have diverse paths of food, for nice cuisine we need diverse methods of reaching people. Each are doing good work of raising awareness.

Keys to effective communication: Specificity. Keep it short and simple. Ego: Being Humble. One of the toughest things to deal with as a leader is everything is your fault, and not to take anything personal. If you can master these two ridiculous responsibilities you will be a masterful leader. Active Listening, Seek first to understand, then to be understood. Everything in relationships is a negotiation. If you can master this ONE skill you will have a smooth life with people because you can resolve any conflict with these techniques. That's because they are completely biased and see/hear what they want to see. Leo literally did a video where he said you need to make a commitment to meditate everyday and that he meditates everyday. Here is the irony.... I bet some of the people who feel this way about Leo...probably do not meditate as much as him. Leo actually went to meditation retreats...which is extremely difficult to do if you grew up in the West. Western people have grown up around technology so much that meditation is extremely difficult to do because you have to get used to not being stimulated. Its doable but its similar to shedding your skin like you were a snake. You will have to peel off layers of conditional stimulation to become used to silence and stillness.

Exactly!! I noticed this about Sadhguru!!! Some of his earlier videos when he was younger he would say certain things like (I don't exist) he stopped doing this now and speaks indirectly. He tells someone the seat of your experience is within you, you have only experienced everything within. People are like wow so deep. There are already people right now who think he is insane and he is still able to make a living. How others think about you says more about them than it does about you. Sure somebody can pick up on signs and I personally am good at reading people but you will NEVER be able to glean the depths of a person off or one meeting much less years unless you communicate and open yourself to them. Most people operate off fear, and shame. They fear being different (basically being themselves) and have shame because they KNOW on a deep level they are not being authentic. So when they see someone who is brave enough to do this, they will shame and ridicule that person because that is how they feel about themselves. The Ego Relies on Logic, Logic is the Path of Separation. The reason why those of Western Culture struggle in Spirituality is a result of being raised in a culture of separation. They are so use to competition, hierarchy, labels definitions, and concepts of values with pros and cons. Spirituality is the path of Union which is alien to Separation. The more logical you are, the harder it will be for you to walk the Spiritual Path. The two highest components of the Spiritual Path is understanding you know nothing, and being willing to surrender. The Spiritual Path is dangerous because it is synonymous with stepping into the unknown. To claim to know nothing is to relinquish your map of learning. To surrender is to give up control. The Spiritual Path reveals you never knew anything, and you were never in control. Once you truly realize this, this is when you have truly awoken. As long as you believe you have something figured out, you have just erected a boundary. To figure something out means you have a grasp, how can you grasp that which has no boundary? To understand something is to believe that you have constructed a map that can lead you to where you desire. How you can be lead to Infinity? Infinity has no end, so there is no destination. One is finite. One has a boundary. So how can Infinity be one if one is a boundary? We also say infinity is undefined. Undefined is itself a boundary, because that is a limitation. If everything is undefined then we cannot label something. So the only thing we can say....is Infinity and Oneness cannot explain the foundation of everything. The Highest Truth is the TRUTH CANNOT BE SPOKEN. If it cannot be spoken it cannot be conceptualized. So how do you learn anything then? You connect with infinity and it reveals to you through direct experience. Infinity has an infinite number of ways to teach you. But many of you on this forums think you already know...so it cannot teach you. The EGO always thinks it KNOWS or it GOT IT FIGURED OUT. The irony? Infinity does not think it knows....that is why we are here in the first place. Infinity is interested in exploring all aspects of itself that it can create. Thanks...you don't want to know how many Youtube videos I've watched in my life lol. But yeah that guy is good on giving advice on how to think like a businessman. I like his mindset and he does great videos, he also loves interviewing people and will literally interview ANYONE even people he doesn't agree with. He asks tough questions but gives you respect. He's unhinged, you just don't see it. Literally everything he accused of the Muslims...he is guilty of. If that isn't unhinged I don't know what is. I feel like it does, kind of like how a guy who does not train and enters a fight and gets destroyed, if you enter a psychedelic with no ability to maintain calm and surrender.....well you will learn to respect the substance the HARD WAY.

The moment BEFORE the ego death was the scariest day of my entire life. I felt like I was about to explode into a million pieces....THEN I DID. When it happened...I was like...oh I'm still here...oh yeah that's right I can't die cause I am not my body. It happened on edibles and I think it was reacting with the residue from the 5 grams of Mushrooms I had taken about 19 to 20 hours earlier. Anyway I couldn't resist that one I tried and it just happened but afterward it wasn't so bad. As long as you realize that what your true identity is....is just awareness, infinite awareness. You will be fine...because nothing can harm you. But I won't lie the moment BEFORE...lol you feel like a cartoon character about to be erased by a pencil eraser. Cause you think your the character....but you aren't. So yeah you can't prepare for ego death, either you are afraid to face your illusionary mortality or not. You think you can handle it...until it happens because nothing in life compares to it. There is no reference experience you can allude to. Even Kundalini Awakenings do the same thing. Anyway the key to not losing your sanity is to have certain grounded knowledge...and lock your door and put your keys some where you can't reach it, or have a trip sitter. 1. Even if everything is a dream....YOU WILL RETURN. So there are consequences for doing crazy things while in a trip. 2. Even though you are God....you have placed yourself here until you desire to leave. 3. God loves Fear, and even the human version of you does too. 4. If you aren't searching for ego death you probably won't experience it. But if you are looking for Absolute Truth from the depths of your being it will show itself......are you ready for the scariest thing ever? THE REAL YOU?

Its not relative phenomenon its literally everything that I went through. Making excuses for others infantilizes them. You should show compassion but never tell the person that they aren't in control, they always are at all times. You just let them know its normal to be afraid and that doesn't make them weak because fear is a normal response to something foreign or unknown. My first experience with a psychedelic scared the crap out of me. But I remained calm and controlled my breathing. I was actually able to change the direction of the trip through breath control and staying calm and I never had any formal training in breath control. So this isn't no absolute anything, I literally went through it. The reason he freaked out is how he would respond in an emergency situation which means he has trouble remaining calm when things are going crazy around him. Its a normal response but definitely NOT something he is unable to transcend. He can, he just has to find a way to calm and center himself. For me controlling my breathing works for me.

An issue I have noticed that Modern Humans have is there attachment to beliefs and education. What I find most interesting is Ancient Spiritual Concepts are being learned by some of the most successful people and they are learning that through success the concept of No Self, No Control, is the key to getting results. They are learning one of the key principles of Reality Being a Mirror. Everything is Perspective, Attachment, and Focus/Attention. Leo said in one of his videos that the best advice is usually counter-intuitive. This is because the more you study aspects of life this will constantly be revealed to you. You can actually discover quite easily how much personal experience someone has with something based on their lack of core principles of counter-intuitiveness in their understand of life. Couple aspects. 1. What you chase will run from you. To get what you want you need to focus on it, but also be okay without it. This works in every relationship. So you set an intention on something. Then release any expectation of getting it. When I say release I mean do not become to attached to getting it. Otherwise doubt creeps in. The moment you identify with something, you also simultaneously fear its opposite. So if I identify with success I will immediately also identify with failure. So now I will engage in the dualistic struggle of Success over Failure. 2. You create every conflict, and all conflict masks your ability to see clearly. A conflicted mind is a distracted mind, and a distracted mind is an unproductive mind. What is the solution? Identify with nothing, which makes you identify also with the opposite which is everything. Since you equally identify with everything, you cannot favor anything over another. Since you identify with nothing, you don't fear losing everything. Once you can adopt this mindset your mind becomes clear. There is no longer conflict. Now since there is no conflict....your ability to perceive the present moment is finally clear. Your ability to focus is also clear. 3. Now that you can see clearly, focus clearly, and are detached from outcome. You can achieve whatever you choose. Your entire life is just a reflection of what is inside. A conflicted mind gets conflicted results. A peaceful mind gets peaceful results. Do you want your life to be rough and painful? Or do you want it to flow? The choice is yours....

True....but I intuitively feel this isn't the case but it is certainly a valid possibility as well. I would still suggest a woman figure out her feelings before allowing a man she knows likes her to believe he has a shot with her wanting to be with him romantically. Men and women can only be friends if both do not find each other attractive. If one finds the other attractive it can lead to a host of issues and pain. In most cases Men and women cannot be friends. In some cases it is no problem and depends on the maturity level of both parties involved.
