Sounds like someone got rejected by MIT. -
Oral DMT is basically just Ayahuasca, and everywhere on the internet it says Ayahuasca is much different to vaped DMT. This is not the case for you?

That's interesting. If Republicans have only been surviving elections off gerrymandering alone then they will eventually be forced to become more center. This would probably allow the Dems to be more left. I've seen a lot of stuff that indicates the Republican party is on its way out. In many ways at least. -
Thanks for the advice people.

It's probably that you're becoming more starkly aware that your life has no direction. If you don't focus on it you can distract yourself away from this fact and suppress the pain, which will probably bite you in the ass harder in the end. So yes it is normal. Why not do something like Wim Hof breathing to try and manage the negative emotions?

How do they expect anyone to fully lead the country if they have to swap out the leader every few years? The whole term limits business is fucking stupid. -
If you truly want to know whether it's useful, try it out. I know one thing it's definitely useful for... creating orgasms that are 10x more powerful than usual ???

Use the deep web. You can find more information on how this works online. It's quite a process but worth it.

You should move onto the next level once you hit 80%. -
Honestly 30 minutes to 1 hour as a starter is quite difficult. Holotropic breathing is quite physically taxing to do, though of course that's part of the benefit. Also I don't know if I'm altering the technique too much by suggesting this, but I really recommend doing breath holds every 30 breaths or so. After the exhale and before the inhale, hold for as long as you can comfortably. This will be the most zen part of your holotropic breathing. Then, inhale and hold for 15 seconds or so.

Dude, read the post. I addressed this in my third bullet point. He says he experiences legit benefits that aren't just a piece of paper with an increased number. -

I don't think there's a level goal because everyone has different starting abilities. From what I can tell it takes a few weeks to a few months of daily 15-30 minute practice to see benefits. -

I feel like maybe it's a bit of cope we're creating ourselves by saying the sub got destroyed instantly ? -
You're talking from a place of self-bias. Groupthink and authoritarianism is the price you have to pay when going from undeveloped to developed. Otherwise the country becomes too chaotic. I don't mean to disrespect your experience.

Because they need to reveal themselves slowly, which they have been doing, in order to prevent ontological shock and trauma. Such shock would likely have dire consequences for both parties. -
The USSR went from a feudal, backward country to a superpower in 20 years. It developed one of the best militaries in the world in 30 years. In 40 years, it managed to get a man to space. While there were human costs to this, I argue that this is due to human cost that is inherent to rapid development, or inherent to the transition from undeveloped to developed in general. I further argue that this cost is actually much less under socialism than capitalism. For example, the cost of bringing the USA from "undeveloped" to "developed" was the brutalities experienced by the Native Americans and by Black people during the slave trade. The UK stole $45 trillion from India during colonial rule. This is far worse than what the Bolsheviks ever did. But @thenondualtankie, what about the Great Purge? The Great Purge lead to around 700,000 deaths. Fundamentally, it was a policy that was enacted to prevent counter-revolution, as every new revolutionary government must enact such policies. It's worth noting that it was mainly party members that were targeted. Obviously, it's easy to argue it had excesses. But @thenondualtankie, what about the Holodomor? Let me be clear. This was a brutal famine with 4-7 million deaths. It happened because of forced collectivization, as well as due to resistance from rich peasants who destroyed their own live stock en masse as a form of protest. Forced collectivization was done for the purposes of rapid industrialization. I think it's easy to argue that it would have been unlikely for the USSR to defeat the Nazis unless they enacted such rapid industrialization methods. Also, let me add that grain exports decreased by 80% once Moscow realized there was a famine in Ukraine. Even if we entirely blame the communists on these two atrocities, we find that the human cost of development under socialism is far outweighed by the human cost of development under capitalism.
