@remember Have you tried it? I just finished a session. Haven't used it for a few months and got a really sucky score. As far as chakra work I'd say it helps one to get into a "flow state" or a state of equilibrium with the heart center.

It aids in training one to have a relaxed but focused state of mind, heart coherence being directly correlated to ones state of mind. In other words the more you chill mentally the more the heart/mind coherence comes into sync.

@diamondpenguin I've never done shamanic breathing but my impression is it's a type of altered trance state that lies somewhere between waking, dreaming and deep sleep. @Mikael89 You nailed it.

@jimwell Thanks Nice share! I sometimes shoot in Infra red instead of white light. It tends to lend a sense of dreamy surrealism to the images. What the camera is mostly recording here is heat energy.
