  1. @Holykael As long as your conditioned mind believes in this illusion, it becomes your reality. Until you get so tired of it that you say enough is enough. You can say you're going to commit suicide - and crap, you still exist. You want to continue to believe in these fantasies - your free will - believe what you want, and it will become your reality. Until you decide you don't want it anymore. You have no idea in the state in which you experience what power you have to create reality. Most human beings here have no idea they can become free at any moment...
  2. Who is the one that experiences cessation? Who experiences Nothingness? "I" has many names:)
  3. As a human, you can transcend your animalistic and genetic limitations and the borders of your conditioned mind. You have this capability. By realizing who you are. You don't possess anything. You Are It. You Are The Way, The Truth, The Life Itself. This is The Essence of You. Your mind is trying to grasp concepts about It. It cannot be done. Infinity cannot be caught. It can only be lived. As You always Are.
  4. For all Spiritual Seekers, Yogis, Psychonauts, Enlightened Ones, Covered By Darkness and other shit. Peace & Love to You All
  5. Good bye
  6. Kundalini Yoga practitioners will be more familiar with the subject. Shakti Kriya is very similar to Kirtan Kriya, although, in my opinion, it is more like an extension of the second one. Followed by Hari Hari Hari Har breathing - chanting Meditation might result in a complete out-of-body experience, which is nothing more than coming back to a much much more natural state of our being. Strange, how strange our heavy, small, material body appears to the Spirit. It is so small and cute... Like a tiny city car. There is nothing odd in being out of the material body. Sense of vastness and oneness of existence is ever-present. It's Home. You might don't want to come back... Anyway, find out who You Really Are, then you may start investigating what You are doing here, on Earth... It is Your Mother, by the way, in a cosmic sense. Mother of Your Human Experience and much, much more... Yes, even God needs a Mother. Above all, what is the most important aspect of Kundalini practice? It teaches Acceptance of What It Is, of That Which Is Not. It teaches Infinite Patience. It reveals and removes for good the illusion of the concept of death. It takes You through the dense and dark fog of your fears. All your imaginary fears are built on false beliefs and assumptions. It reconnects You with Your Higher Self Beings, which is very important. Otherwise, you might be exposed to Your Lower Self Beings who are waiting to be accepted, loved, and healed, but You must be ready for this. A lot of struggle takes place between Solar Plexus Chakra and Heart Chakra. On the Solar Chakra Level, First Understanding emerges from a conditioned egoic mind. Then what has been understood is to be accepted in Heart Chakra, which I reckon is a "place" where the core of this work, this practice, takes place. Passing this gate, you are definitely on your way Home, which this powerful ancient technique delivered a glimpse of. Ah... and the Snake. Mythical Snake or Goddess Shakti Divine Energy... Meaningless words, symbols, concepts, and paintings of our minds. More tattoos:) It does not work like this. It's All You. No-Thing apart from You, separate or outside of You. All our conceptual thinking and mental constructs are merely drops of imaginary paint on an Infinite, Eternal Canvas of Existence. Having shared my experiences, I want to tell You that Kundalini Kriya practice works. Fast and effective. You don't need to spend years in an ashram or some cave (although a deep need for Silence is calling) if this aligns with You, and You will devote yourself out of your Heart. Your Ever-Loving Heart. Sat Nam
  7. So It's Christmas. Believed or not, imagined or real, it doesn't;t matter. Since you feel deep in your heart what is beautiful is true. So I'll leave you with this profound speech from Alan Watts: Mystical Origins of Christianity. Jesus and His Religion. This is by far one of the most important eye-opening speeches ever, especially for a western - culture modern man. It's Christmas time. I celebrate this event as an approximate date of the incarnation of One of The Greatest Yogi who ever walked on the sacred Planet Earth. To quote Alan Watts: "The true gospel is that Jesus of Nazareth was a Powerful Son of God that came to open Your eyes that You Are Too." I experience man's life in the modern western world, with all its ups and downs. Mine ups and downs. Maybe, despite being deeply on, as we could say, the eastern path - as Kundalini Yoga certainly is - I feel a deep spiritual connection to western modern mystics like Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Leo Gura, and Mooji. Especially when I recognize the demons they had fought or still fighting, still healing, are the same as mine... Anyway, even if you have watched this video below, watch it again, and contemplate it. What is the most powerful - when you realize that Christmas is a kind of a reminder, the awakener, that this Universal Cosmic Consciousness, full of unconditional love, compassion, patience, wisdom, acceptance, and forgiveness, is actually Who You Really Are. All. Enjoy
  8. I don't know why can't stop laughing reading this, One of the funniest stuff ever read, honestly
  9. @LastThursday Let's do some more woo woo:) The cognitive revolution of homo sapiens is a real puzzle for science. Harari writes about this in his book "Sapiens." Man and his history, especially ancient antiquity, hide more mysteries than there are chess openings. Maybe, however, someone intervened here with some ideas about improving this unruly ape ... and it turned out as it turned out. As the saying goes: we wanted the best, and it turned out, as always
  10. @Razard86 Um, sometimes you're too strict with your judgments. As if you saw reality in the 0-1 category. It's just that even there, infinity is hidden between 0 and 1. Sometimes you sound as if something within you tells you to defend the Ultimate Truth, but the truth is that no Truth needs defenders or adversaries. By allowing others to be who they are, you allow yourself to be who you are. So, provoke, and start heated disputes, but also give yourself and others some space. No one is infallible, and the truth is that we all have a long journey ahead of us. And as they say: better together.
  11. Need to think about your view and find a catch if there is one
  12. I would love to hear your opinion on the above discussions.
  13. So, you are old indeed:) If you don't mind, I'll quote Bernardo Kastrup: "We live in times where our theories hijacked our experience - the only that is real."
  14. @Dodecahedron sorry, the question above was for you Sounds like holographic information universe theory. Are U a physicist?
  15. @Kuba Powiertowski Personal question: why Dodecahedron? Could be Amplituhedron?
  16. @Artsu @BeHereNow Faith is weak in you, my young Padawans
  17. I should add that I have found the Kundalini Kriya techniques extremely turbo effective. They work really quickly if you adapt to the practice, accept the initial significant pain and discomfort, which gradually becomes less annoying as you practice, and recognize the mechanism that adds fuel to the fire in you...
  18. In Kundalini Yoga, each Kriya learned should be followed by 40 days of practice in a row. Almost each Kriya ends in meditation, often in very uncomfortable body positions that you should remain for 20, 30, or 40 mins. This is connected with chanting mantras and breathing techniques. When you somehow manage to distance yourself from the continuous ego-mind narrative, then a few things happen quite often as I talk to my fellow practitioners: - gradual detachment from the body - up to complete out-of-body experience, - beingness - out of time and space - literally unspeakable, - experiencing ever-present kind of electric current flow of energy, - weird experiences from(?), I don't know, past? Like once, I had the experience of being a bee floating above/inside a flower... The sense of ever-present aliveness and lightness was overwhelming, and it wasn't easy to return to so-called reality, - sometimes, large amounts of energy are created that raise temperature of water in bowls, - visions of sharp fractal structures that shift their shape to emerge some familiar faces, landscapes...
  19. Dialogue between Ramana Maharshi and Paramhansa Yogananda Swami Yogananda with four others arrived at 8.45 a.m . . . The group had lunch in the Asramam. Mr. C. R. Wright, his secretary, asked: How shall I realise God? M.: God is an unknown entity. Moreover He is external. Whereas, the Self is always with you and it is you. Why do you leave out what is intimate and go in for what is external? D.: What is this Self again? M.: The Self is known to everyone but not clearly. You always exist. The Be-ing is the Self. ‘I am’ is the name of God. Of all the definitions of God, none is indeed so well put as the Biblical statement “I AM THAT I AM” in EXODUS (Chap. 3). There are other statements, such as Brahmaivaham, Aham Brahmasmi and Soham. But none is so direct as the name JEHOVAH = I AM. The Absolute Being is what is – It is the Self. It is God. Knowing the Self, God is known. In fact God is none other than the Self. D.: Why are there good and evil? M.: They are relative terms. There must be a subject to know the good and evil. That subject is the ego. Trace the source of the ego. It ends in the Self. The source of the ego is God. This definition of God is probably more concrete and better understood by you. D.: So it is. How to get Bliss? M.: Bliss is not something to be got. On the other hand you are always Bliss. This desire is born of the sense of incompleteness. To whom is this sense of incompleteness? Enquire. In deep sleep you were blissful: Now you are not so. What has interposed between that Bliss and this non-bliss? It is the ego. Seek its source and find you are Bliss. There is nothing new to get. You have, on the other hand, to get rid of your ignorance which makes you think that you are other than Bliss. For whom is this ignorance? It is to the ego. Trace the source of the ego. Then the ego is lost and Bliss remains over. It is eternal. You are That, here and now . . . That is the master key for solving all doubts. The doubts arise in the mind. The mind is born of the ego. The ego rises from the Self. Search the source of the ego and the Self is revealed. That alone remains. The universe is only expanded Self. It is not different from the Self. D.: What is the best way of living? M.: It differs according as one is a Jnani [knower] or ajnani. A Jnani does not find anything different or separate from the Self. All are in the Self. It is wrong to imagine that there is the world, that there is a body in it and that you dwell in the body. If the Truth is known, the universe and what is beyond it will be found to be only in the Self. The outlook differs according to the sight of the person. The sight is from the eye. The eye must be located somewhere. If you are seeing with the gross eyes you find others gross. If with subtle eyes (i.e., the mind) others appear subtle. If the eye becomes the Self, the Self being infinite, the eye is infinite. There is nothing else to see different from the Self. He thanked Maharshi. He was told that the best way of thanking is to remain always as the Self. Later the yogi [Yogananda] asked : How is the spiritual uplift of the people to be effected? What are the instructions to be given them? Maharshi: They differ according to the temperaments of the individuals and the spiritual ripeness of their minds. There cannot be any instruction en masse. Yogananda: Why does God permit suffering in the world? Should He not with His omnipotence do away with it at one stroke and ordain the universal realisation of God? Maharshi: Suffering is the way for Realisation of God. Yogananda: Should He not ordain it differently? Maharshi: It is the way. Yogananda: Are yoga, religion, etc., antidotes to suffering? Maharshi: Who suffers? What is suffering? (No answer. Finally the Yogi rose up, prayed for Sri Bhagavan’s blessings for his own work and expressed great regret for his hasty return. He looked very sincere and devoted and even emotional.)
  20. Forgiveness comes from acceptance, which comes from understanding. When you understand that existence is a process of continuous Self-learning, Self-discovery through an infinite number of forms and manifestations, there is nothing left but to accept all as aspects of oneness. From this perspective, there is nothing left to forgive. The whole existence appears as an endless journey of Self-discovery of what IS - perfect, eternal, and infinite.
