existence is tricky existence is anything in the now's consciousness; non-existence is hypotheticals that i have never gotten around to imagining them, for example a species of insect that i have never heard of everyone i have any knowledge of certainly exists ... including me ... as separate distinct entities i and you exist i and you is unreal, pure disappearing waves god is the only real god feels no pain, mine or yours, pain is the inevitable condition of a finite self all god does is shine a spotlight on it apologies that i was sloppy earlier on conflating existence which is relative and reality which is absolute

i do completely agree since if it is direct experience it is within the field of cognition and therefore god is that experiencing taking place

the direct experience is everyone's direct experience, god basks in it all not just one random ego's

solipsism is misleading ... people use to claim they are god ... no you are not god, god is you and uncountably more beside

having no free will, ego is an automaton, it proceeds and retreats based on causes and conditions, not something for me to pay attention to

i don't follow the news either but i do peruse high conscious reddit subs, the BBC news site first thing each day and the daily mail twitter feed (the US edition) just to get what the mainstream is talking about

yes self forgiveness is the hardest mountain ... i certainly have treated the best people i ever encountered abysmally and caused them untold misery and unimaginable trauma i hold my head in shame for all this however, that dream is long gone and a new one is afoot today, i have to focus on the social dynamics i am ensnared in today and not repeat my reckless past every mistake i have made has prepped me to be the aware well adjusted kindly person i am now and i am working tirelessly on removing all my blind spots and all my shortcomings in spite of everything, whether today is a good day or not and whether i am a good person or not is entirely in my hands i will if need be die happily tonight in that knowledge

mind hates meditation and will do anything to thwart it why you wasting time when there is no much fun to be had plan accordingly only grace permits you to meditate, you yield or if it is not your time you don't

i find the worst meditations are the best meditations when i feel like absolute crap afterwards i know i am doing my bit meditation is about one thing, clock in and clock out sometimes i even get up before the timer goes off it gets the better of me but i will be back to square up next time it is nothing to do with me and what happens is none of my business i place myself in the divine's care and slowly i am getting re-wired
