  1. I don't know if I'm good at attracting and I don't do pickup. I think it's enough if you are able to notice if a girl give you signs of interest. If you are not blind (like I used to be) you will often notice that within seconds of meeting. In me experience its unlikely that you can build attraction over time - you can enhance attraction if it is moderate but it's pointless in my opinion.

@Username hmmm well maaaaaybe  covid wasn't that bad, BECAUSE you were vaccinated...

The younger you are the more likely you will feel bad after vaccination. There is opposite situation in case of getting covid.

I can't be sure what would happen if I didn't get vaccinated. Still being sick twice rather than once was a bad deal. Covid wasn't even nowhere near as bad as a vaccine.

I took a quarter of ar last year but I have no referential experience as I've only done MDMA.

It was very intense. I went into a green environment to meditate. Psychedelic.

I have never tried MDMA :(

Do you have tricks to enhance experience? Armodafinil sometimes feels weak - if you don't do anything to enhance it's effects. Sometimes it can get really intense if you do proper things.

    ========================================================================================================================

I just had a coronavirus (it was mild) and was unable to perform my energy practices at the same level. Especially stiff muscles made it challenging. But I did some experimentation with binaural beats plus multiple Shaktipat transmission at once.

I used binaural beats before. However if I combine it with transmissions it almost makes me lose perception of my body! Yesterday when I started my usual back bending practice my lower back felt quite stiff. I managed to release the tension by doing multiple vigorous but shallow bends. My body started feeling soft and that it felt almost like air. Usually when I do back bending I release a lot of energy and experience everything as fractal. This time I was unable to release it but had prolonged experience of not feeling my body. Great for cleansing!

I recommend using binaural beats. Probably my favourite one:

One of Shaktipat transmissions I used:

  4. Genetics. I was always very skinny, especially as a child. Plus I have long legs and arms so it makes me look even more skinny. It doesn't mean I was weak as most would assume. Fat makes muscles seem bigger but in reality I was almost strongest among my classmates.

Now I have more muscle mass so I don't look sick anymore xD I have muscles and visible abs but you can't see it if I have my shirt on. You will assume that I'm just skinny. Especially now when I'm doing keto my weight is the same but I have less volume.

I doubt that eating more would let me gain weight significantly.

  5. Oh GOD! I just had my most powerful 'sober' (I took Armodafinil today) experience.

First I just played it and did my stuff. I noticed that my vision became wider. My body also became softer. Than I sat crosslegged and looked at my colosed eyelids. I had those famous blue visuals but they were much more distinct than usually.

Than I started my favorite back bending practice. I felt distinct energy flow as always. It wasn't particularly intense, main difference was FLUFFINESS. Usually energy hits me like vaped 5 MeO. This time I was warm and soft - similar to plugged ALD52 - you can barely feel it coming up. It is much easier to keep energy folowing and bask in fluffiness. I was able to release tension from by muscles better than ever before (I mean without psychedelics).

In the end I blacked out and realized that I'm laying on the floor :D

     Spherical Consciousness Stage

This is when shit starts to get REAL. Youll be having a conversation with someone and suddenly they are literally the center of creation itself. Reality begins to be seen as a 360 degree camera (unbelievable i know!). The sensation of the head disappears and every thing that appears to be seen takes its place. At this point you can sit down and just savor this spherical perception, it really is jaw dropping.

Interesting post. Thank you for sharing!

I think that spherical perception is related to peripheral vision. Under stress vision is becoming very narrow. The more relaxed fit are the wider field of vision becomes. If you you all attachments your brain treats everything as equally important.

I had this experiences when I was talking with someone and everything was melting together into one thing (not physically) and I was inside of my bubble of perception.

  7. If you go deep enough there is only one pair of distinction without any meaning that want to merge into one. One can't exist without another.

Reality is made of infinite number of meaningless distinctions. Because something exist you have a reference point. You can name things: black, salty, loud, long, ugly, brittle etc. Difference between distance and smell is imaginary.

I had a cool realization about formlessness. Totally unrelated B|

Lets imagine your whole field of view is a painting. Painting is made of paint strokes. If you look at the every single paint stroke (by increasing your consciousness) there is no form, only infinite number of meaningless distinctions. If you look too close there is no meaning, if you are far away you see white canvas (assuming that each color of paint was used equally and uniformly).

I'm sleepy, good night everyone ^_^

This has nothing to do with realizing that you are God.

There is no distinction between anything but we still perceive it. What I'm saying that I prefer to use word God to describe formless and shapeshifting qualities, not existence as a form. It could be used other way around - God as a totality of form - depending on preference.

I feel like we are getting lost in ungrounded concepts and going circles now 9_9

Sounds like mindfulness (which I’d recommend to nearly everyone) not enlightenment (which is more like getting struck by lighting and thus I would not recommend).

It can be pointed to in a lot of ways but really it’s very simply the end of the felt reality of personal doership. A lot can be revealed in that, including the revelation that absolutely nothing is solid or knowable, and there’s no real context or limit, and there’s no separation at all, only the whole.

You know how most people who contemplate heavily probably understand that there’s no free will, yet they feel they have it? It’s the end of feeling like you have it, because there’s no one left to have it.

Enlightenment is artificial concept. You are either aware or not aware that you are aware ;)

Hmm, you seem to be creating a duality of experience. All experiences happen within God's consciousness (otherwise known as your consciousness). It includes ego death, breakthroughs and everything in between. Your imagination is infinite.

There is no separation, all of existence is a creation of your mind...whatever you can fathom, it's there.

Yes. Everything is God, but if you lick a toilet seat in a public bathroom it will have a different flavour than vanilla ice cream ;)

God realization is a "higher energy" experience. You can be "enlightened" and never experience peak God realization. I heard a story of a enlightened women who had no idea what is going on. She thought she went crazy until someone explained what happened to her.

Also children up to two or three years old are in a witness state but do not have an understanding that they are God.

17 minutes ago, Terell Kirby said:

Realizing that you are God is all that the journey entails. Anything outside of it is a lower jihad.

You can be God realized but it doesn't dissolve your problems. You had an experience but than you are left with conceptual understanding. You may have a great framework but you will still have issues with anxiety, anger and compulsiveness. It's a great starting point.

Enlightenment is rather about raising your baseline consciousness level to a certain point when you no longer identify with your ego.

  11. 1 hour ago, Terell Kirby said:

Yes. Also, Being God (let's not shy away from the explicit nature of the observer, which is creation itself).

Being the only observer and being God are different experiences in my terminology. In the first case  there is sudden realization "Oh crap! I'm the only one stuck in this eternal existence" - nothing changes externally, it's only me losing boundaries between external world. Experience of God is something deeper. It contains existence without particular form, you forget about ever being a human - it seems like a joke. Being the observer = ego death, God realization = breakthrough.

Enlightened state is living as the observer. Your consciousness has to be fast/focused enough to follow emerging creation. If you ego is to heavy, you can't follow.

Have you experienced commitment phobia in your life? How did it show up? Were you able to address and resolve it? What specifically scared you to commit?

Guys do not commit because they are not sure that this girl is right for them. If they do they compromise. It is different thing to have fun with someone, but staying with them (potentially) for the rest of life is a whole different story. Most relationships are formed only because people couldn't find a better partner.

Why would you want to be with a guy who isn't into you?

  13. 1 hour ago, Terell Kirby said:

True, but it's a question of capacity and degree. The One you speak of can be lost in some universes, and quite conscious in others.

That was a joke. Sort of.

First you have to ask yourself what being awake means. This is a good quote "There are, strictly speaking, no enlightened people, there is only enlightened activity." You are not becoming enlightened, you rather realize it. You can be aware of it and lose it. It's not a permanent thing which means you can't posses it. You can be only awake at the moment. Everyone is awake from time to time, it's only a matter how often. Being awake = being the observer.

Maybe better question is: how often you are aware that you are the only thing that exists? How close are you to this direct experience? Can you reach it any time at will?

In my case I can almost daily reach this realization with yoga. It is definitely not permanent thing for me. Two days ago I sat with my phone and I was scrolling something (it wasn't very conscious of me) and I started melting into oneness. Lets say I am enlightened 1 minute a day but it takes an effort.

RIP your insulin resistance though. There are many factors besides weight to consider than health. Read "Obesity Code" by Dr. Jason Fung

Glycemic index isn't all that matter. It isn't that bad if you raise insulin and than you let it drop. Low glycemic index foods may be even worse because they have extended release.

It is hard not to snack when you eat high glycemic foods. But if you have only 5 potatoes per day, there is nothing to snack between meals ;D

    2.3 Orgasms

You can have very long hands-free, whole-body orgasms. And if you anchor it, you can have them instantly. Here is one hypnosis audio for hands free orgasms:

Already on the first time listening, I felt a surge of pleasure throuch my whole body every time she clapped her hands. I haven't watched it often, so I haven't had a full whole-body orgasm yet. The deeper you can go into trance, the more powerful it will be. So if you are not in trance, you won't feel anything.

  16. @JoshuaBell No, you think you want to die. First of all you can't, which is really unfortunate :D You can't stop existing because there is only existence. Even after death you will still exist.

I think that you want to die, but death = unconditional love. You want love not death. You are not the first one to experience this thing ¬¬ In fact you should be really grateful!

what would be thoughts of relief from feeling suicidal?

Just act as if you were already dead and drop all expectations. Just give yourself some time (I'm talking about months) and those feelings will naturally dissipate. You ego is dying so it has to be painful but it's not going to last forever.

I recommend "Awareness" book by Anthony De Mello.

Interesting finding. I wonder what would happen if they kept observing for a few more days. Maybe this was an initial adaptation as glucose and glycogen were depleted and fats were excessively shuttled around the body. Longer-term data would be interesting to see for comparison although this is obviously challenging when you have participants on water fast.

But an acute elevation of a marker does not mean that that particular marker has no value in diagnosis of chronic disease.

Large buoyant LDL is a fuel carrier and isn't a problem. The issue is that if you measure total LDL it is mostly large buoyant and it doesn't give much information about more dangerous forms of LDL which are smaller. In some cases people might have higher cholesterol and be healthy, and some people with normal cholesterol levels might have too much small dense LDL.

Another paradox is that if you test LDL in a fasted state (this is how it is usually made), person who is fat adapted will get higher levels of cholesterol. LDL itself isn't a direct cause of CDV. I agree that if you have high LDL it is worth to check other makers to be safe.

    2 hours ago, Michael569 said:

I see this idea of "LDL is not useful because XYZ" in the low-carb community and it is an incredibly dangerous statement to make and to share amount public uneducated about the risks of elevated cardiovascular markers. A person with no understanding of medicine hears this and they're like "oh well maybe it's ok that my cholesterol is up" and they will not see a doctor, not undergo treatment, carry on eating beef and bacon and end up with myocardial infarction in their late 40s because they've been exposed to brainwashing on youtube.

    Another interesting fact:

"Cholesterol absorption efficiency was lower and cholesterol synthesis was higher in obese subjects with diabetes than in those without diabetes, suggesting that diabetes modulates cholesterol metabolism more than obesity alone."

    https://care.diabetesjournals.org/content/25/9/1511

The problem is that you lump together opposite groups of diabetes and low carb because of one shared marker - LDL.

I do not hold strong opinion about this subject but it seems to me that issue of LDL is overblown and in many cases dangerous because it impacts dietary choices.

@Leo Gura How about sugar. How could you live without consuming anything sweet? I doubt I could live without sweetening my tea.

It is super easy to eliminate sugar almost completely (there are sweeteners so there is no real sacrifice). It's much harder to use it in 'moderation' because it's addictive. I have same issue with coffee. If I start to drink certain amount of caffeine it will go out of control quickly.
