  1. Sahaja yoga is a good safe way to activate kundalini, I like that you use it. There are many types of kundalini awakenings but only 1 of them feels good, I had that one because I followed my intuition and feeling, I can almost guarantee Adyashanti didn't. Life is very easy if we follow ourself (intuition/feeling), but when we don't life has to teach us all these lessons and it gets difficult Letting go is important too yes.
  2. Glucose is the fuel for the brain, check out the medical medium teachings. In my opinion, the only duality that needs to be dissolved is the sense of "other" (everything is the self). Just be a normal human for a while until you recover. Follow your intuition and feeling always!
  3. Interesting. Most people have some type of spiritual possession, because whenever wars and conflicts happen these occult practitioners will curse people and their bloodlines and it also connects with our inner distortions and make it worse. You could watch Jivanmukti's video about it on youtube (Siddhanta yoga) and maybe ask her, she really is an expert when it comes to yoga, kundalini and these things.
  4. Sharing a quote from Serapis Bey. "Love is not a doing, but an allowing. Love is a relaxing into your true nature. Love is a joy of being. An acceptance of the right of all things to be. And a delight in the expression of all things as they enjoy their right to be. Once you allow yourself to sense this energy flowing through you, you will find that the flow will increase, and it will inevitably flow from your fields to everyone around you, changing how you deal with them, and they with you. One day, the dam will break and you will find your fields flooded with unconditional acceptance for everyone and everything."
  5. It's probably not dissociation because it comes with other symptoms too, and it's not blissful. I think you are having moments of non-doership, it's not Samadhi though because then there would be no thoughts and deep absorption. At some point non-doership will probably become your normal state, it's like that for me and many others on this forum, it's not a big deal and there are more awakenings waiting for you after that. If you are depressed then work on the basics; shower, exercise, be social and so on. Of course it could be physical and you need to detox, in that case I recommend Medical Medium's advice, celery juice especially.
  6. There are many types of kundalini awakenings, only 1 of them feels good. I had the one that feels good because I was following my feeling and intuition: Contemplating on non-duality concepts because it was interesting, watching teachers speak on youtube for fun, receiving shaktipat because it feels good, I never forced anything, awakenings just happened. Follow your feeling and intuition!
  7. It could be kundalini. Nirmala Devi activated everyone's kundalini, in the 90's I think. It's active but most people have constricted chakras so only a small part of it reaches the crown. Maybe when you enter that state you open your heart and more energy flows into your body which results in those pleasant feelings. When I play with my kundalini and the energy gets too strong I can feel a bit tired after, but follow your feeling and intuition, you are unique so I don't know what is right for you.
  8. Those who can feel the energies knows it's true. And all the new scientific discoveries alone is enough to wake people up, the atheists will become spiritual and the religions will disappear when we begin to integrate these new truths. There are so many reasons to believe in a great awakening.
  9. I'm happy for you! I have some questions: Is your mind mostly silent? Is the gravitational pull towards thinking gone so that it's easy to not think? Is it necessary to have thoughts when doing work or studying or can we basically live completely without them? Do you live differently now than before? Do you live in a healthy balanced way? Do you still have emotional ups and downs, negative emotions, unresolved issues, inner distortions?
  10. A human being can have an awakening and lose the feeling of being in the body, permanently. Instead there is a feeling of being awareness for example. But he is still a human having a human experience. So of course something has changed, it's real for the human. In my opinion all these spiritual concepts will become irrelevant at some level of awakening; throw all the concepts away and you are left with a human experience, no matter how awake you are.
  11. You can learn to see the innocence and beauty in people. And with further awakenings see that everything is you and also see that our father is everywhere in the oneness. It could help you to remind yourself that everyone is emotionally wounded to some degree, they need more love in order to heal. We have to be a good example and behave in a way that inspires others.
  12. @Tim R You can't bring non-duality concepts into practical matters. There is a big difference between the two. The mind with its thoughts are mostly nonsense, the hearts knowledge truly benefits us. Follow your heart/intuition completely and you will be happy, healthy and free forever!
  13. I believe the human with its mind and soul does a lot of things with its free will. The human can discover its true self and be aware of it all the time, and lose the sense of being the body, but the human is still very alive and connected to itself, choosing things, being influenced by things. And discovering its true self will naturally change how the human acts, for the better.
  14. There are people who have begun to live on prana lately. Some neither eats nor drinks. Brahman Menor is a good example, he also have many other powers.
  15. If a human thinks he is a human he is correct. You have misunderstood the non-duality teachings. It's not about convincing oneself that one does not exist, beliefs have nothing to do with it, there are some Christians and Muslims who are more awake than many non-duality students and teachers. In my opinion, after kundalini awakening and refinement/integration one will basically be unconditionally happy.
  16. What if you are falling into the same trap? Have you experienced kundalini awakening? Or an awakening that shifts your perception and sense of self permanently? In my opinion, you can't choose to stop seeking, that's another mind trap. The seeking will continue until self-realization, kundalini awakening and the death of the ego/I-thought. Changing your beliefs is not enough!
  17. The neo-advaita teachings are confusing huh? Awakening will make you more connected to the body and your personality and make you realize that you are also part of the oneness, you will be a simple human free from the ego/I-thought that was resisting this human experience.
  18. Interesting but would you like to summarize your text so we can get a better picture of your teachings?
  19. Amazing discipline! When we reach a new level it never disappears. For example when your feeling of existing behind the eyes shifts to feeling a sense of nothingness, that change is permanent. Or when you go from feeling nothingness to feeling like you are the whole universe. The ego backlashes has to do with temporary states like having many thoughts and feeling bad, to feeling blissful and present. This can happen basically at any level.
  20. We can perceive the absolute (the self) everywhere and we can feel joy about the existence of the absolute. But we will not love things like that. We could say "nothing ever happens", this unconditional love is not directed to what is happening.
  21. Yes! He represents a sane, grounded version of non-duality, unlike many of the new teachers.
  22. @Keyhole Yes we have a similar perspective. That's an amazing ability you have to be able to see their energy! I can sometimes feel their energy/aura but only if they are very powerful. Who is the most enlightened teacher you have seen? What you do feel about Brahman Menor? He never eats or drinks and radiates a powerful pure energy so he must be quite enlightened! I had my awakening by watching a couple of his videos on youtube and connecting with him, the energy opened my chakras and allowed much of the kundalini to finally reach the crown.
  23. @Keyhole I'm sure he meant well. He is not a narcissist, he is a kind person and many of his students actually wake up. I'm not trying to convince you to follow him, we should always use our intuition and find the right teacher for us!
  24. Being in the spiritual heart and feeling the energies. And by just looking at things because I see that it's me, and I can see our father in the oneness
  25. If you research Ramaji and the other RASA givers like him you will see that many of their students finish, it's all thanks to the spiritual transmission. Same with Jivanmukti. And maybe Brahman Menor. They all radiate energy that pulls their students out of the darkness into a higher level of consciousness.
