Enlightenment Paradox

6 posts in this topic

The paradox is this:

How can you have and experience of enlightenment if there is no one there?

And, does this mean all enlightenment experiences are part of the illusion? Like all experiences?

Are you not falling into a trap by thinking that you can achieve something "real"?

A human being can have an awakening and lose the feeling of being in the body, permanently. Instead there is a feeling of being awareness for example. But he is still a human having a human experience. So of course something has changed, it's real for the human. In my opinion all these spiritual concepts will become irrelevant at some level of awakening; throw all the concepts away and you are left with a human experience, no matter how awake you are.

By reducing that to two, and then not two.

That’d include this one. ?

The ego is what is imaginary.  God/Infinity/Pure Consciousness enlightens itself.   Or you can say God wakes up to itself.  You will know the Absolute when you become it.

Wisdom.  Truth.  Love.

There is no one there behind all experiences. The only problem is that you think there is someone there.

So enlightenment simply entails getting ride of this feels of someone having ever been.

No. All experiences are enlightenment once you simply realize there was no one ever behind them.

Experience isn't the problem, the only problem is that self-image which keeps feeding itself, telling itself that there is someone to whom the experiences are happening to.

Experience does not happen to anyone.

You can become conscious of Absolute Truth. This is quite an achievement. But Absolute Truth is not anywhere elsewhere but here and now. Just remove the ego sense and all will be revealed as Absolute Truth.

Enlightenment is not merely another experience, it's a meta thing in which you realize the true nature of all experiences.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
