@WHO IS perhaps if you understand there is nothing to understand @arlin you don't have free will because you don't exist. The small self that is. Is an illusion. It's just a thought. A thought can't be the source of thoughts! However the true self which is who you really are has nothing to do with all that nonsense.. It's just pure detached awareness.

I had a very weird experience yesterday. Was meditating and focusing on the distinction between awareness and thoughts as they arise.. Suddenly all the boundaries dissolved and there was just one present moment like a seamless of seemingly distinct forms just happening to no one. There really is no me over here and the world over there.. If awareness gets intensified to a certain degree there is no longer a distinction between you and a cat or a a dog or a coffee table. Isn't it weird that you can point to any object in existence but you can't point to yourself? Because you are infinite being. Infinite just means not limited to this or that. So you might think you should act in a certain way or dress in a certain way.. That's not true.. There is no "shoulds" out there.. Furthermore you are infinite being and can't be limited to being a certain way and that's why no matter what one does he won't be safe from self-judgment and other's judgments as well. The only way out is to realize that boundless self that is perfectly okay with whatever the fuck appears to be apearing in the nowhere field that is itself!

It all depends on what do you think "awakening" is. You can think of it in such a way that makes no one awake (Leo style). Or you can think of it in such a way that makes everyone awake (advaita style). But at the end there is no one awake because there is no one so awakening is all that is left.

It's called deja vu. Can happen also in the waking state but in reverse. Ever saw something and was like "damn I swear I saw this exact same event before.. I swear I could tell this personI Is gonna say these exact words right now..." and sure enough it happens. There is no scientific or materialistic explanation for it. Mostly it is considered a paranormal phenomenon and people attribute it to the nature of soul being not bound by space And time and it can travel and see something from the future or the past.. But idk

Reality is this.

the human life in a nutshell is nothing but a doomed to fail helpless attempt to freeze formlessness into form and to avoid dissolving into infinity.

Yeah so these are just stories that you got from spiritual books etc.. None of that is verified as an experiential facts in your own life?

And how do you know any of this? Also do you realize how it is almost impossible to have a specific definition for any of these terms?

The grasping can only be done in the now. I'm not making assumption that there is NOW.. NOW is NOW period here it is. You are making an assumption about something that is not NOW which you can never find except in the NOW!,,

Memories don't exist in heads. Makes no difference.. From the point of view of the NOW.. The past always doesn't exist anyways.. Except as a story that is being told in the now!!

Words can't capture truth or be the truth because ALl words are happening within truth and are truth. a 5 yo child can understand this.. But mental masturbation feels good tho....

There can only be one infinite place

Marriage is against human nature. You can't eat the same lunch every day. I don't mean it's against human nature to have a partner.. But the idea of committing to one partner for the rest of your life doesn't seem like how it is ought to be.

It's just a daily reminder that "real life" is just one giant ass dream never mind that you won't get it anyways.

You will realize it only at the moment of death how stupid it was not recognizing the beauty and blessings that surrounded you.. You can enter "God mode" now if you want to but you are too afraid to do so because the beauty and miracle of the present moment will kill you if you recognize it "fully" for what it is.
