  1. Do not personify your hate. If a tornado hit your house and destroyed it would you hold anger towards the tornado? No. That's just how the tornado is, you can't blame it for that. The ego always likes to put blame on something and once it puts blame on something that's where anger cultivates. This effectively diverts attention from your ego onto something else.

You wouldn't get mad at a crocodile for trying to bite your arm off because that's all it knows how to do. That's how it survives. It is too ignorant to understand morals or even consider empathising with you. That's just how they are.

The people who do low-consciousness things literally don't know any better. If they did, they wouldn't be doing those things. It is not accurate to look at what they are doing from a high-consciousness perspective. It is like expecting the crocodile to know morals and not bite your arm off and then becoming morally outraged at it when it does do those things.

Leo's forgiveness episode is also amazing if you're really struggling

  2. To answer the title, I don't think so. Even with enlightenment I don't think you are immune to addictions and the ego still has its place. It's just that you more accurately perceive the ego's existence and place in your reality now. I am not sure how the whole LOC system works, but being addicted to something probably lowers your consciousness to some degree.

You're basically asking is it possible to regress into egoic habits even after enlightenment, and I would say yes.

  3. Research the hell out of every point and see whats correct

If someone is arguing one thing, look into it to see if it is valid.  If someone is arguing something else then look into that.

You could perhaps look at someone's argument and relate it to what has previously happened in history. Chances are there have been many similar problems or situations in the past.

  4. Ketosis is impossible if you're eating any amount of sugar whatsoever? Come on, that's easily debunkable

Ketone levels are something you can actually measure, it's not that people just pretend to be in ketosis. We can run on both glucose and fat, not just glucose. And I don't see why sugar from plants is better than other types of sugar, it all ends up as glucose. Plants actually gather heavy metals and toxins from the environment through photosynthesis, which is why our bodies have processes like ketosis and sweating which allow us to purge such things. It actually is possible to survive without any carb intake at all, look at gluconeogenesis. It is true that you need some amount of glucose, but gluconeogenesis takes care of that. Your body will actually turn the fat and protein into glucose internally.

He had no negatives for intermittent fasting, he just criticized people who use caffeine to boost themselves during it which I agree is a bad thing. Drinking caffeine is not inherent to intermittent fasting.

Also, of course fat people can starve to death, vitamins and nutrition are still a thing. You're gonna get malnourished if you only rely just on fat, or glucose for that matter.

A lot of the arguments seem strawman to me, which makes it suspicious. Who knows, celery juice might be a good thing but I wouldn't trust him too much.

  5. @Florian Survival mechanism, you get angry or scared and try to kill or injure what alarmed you because they are a potential threat. Boxing may be different in the sense that you are not only protecting your physical body but also a virtual identity of being good at boxing. It is just some sort of ego trying to survive basically.
