When people get mad they will probably try to harm you somehow, so the goal is to prevent harm, whether it is physical or mental. You can do this by distancing yourself from them or somehow reducing their anger. If a cat is angry at you, they're probably too low consciousness to understand any form of communication, unless you're good at communicating with cats. In that situation, best to get away from it. A similar situation can happen with actual people.

pretty sure he does You can't see machine elves on DMT? You sure? Idk about that, I don't watch his channel much. From what I gathered he just sees 434 as a synchronicity of some sort. He has an entire video on God where he doesn't mention 434 being god so I doubt he said that

I think your current answer is a good one I think hanging out with lower consciousness people is a similar dynamic to having a pet, like a cat. Why have a pet cat if it is lower consciousness than you? Because there are still aspects of it you can enjoy.

This is very interesting to me. If you think about it, your body actually kind of disappears when you close your eyes, you just imagine it to be there. The only thing that is left of your body when your eyes are closed is the sensations that we associate with "body". Lol -

You need to realize that no matter what you experience, others are ALWAYS IMAGINARY. "Other" cannot exist as anything other than imagination. If it does exist as something other than imagination, then it is not what you call "other" anymore. You can't have any experience of "other" if it isn't imagination. There is no "other" without imagination, that's the only way the experience of "other" will function. Even if we assume that there are multiple experiences happening right now, "others" will always be imaginary in those experiences, because it cannot exist as anything else. When you say that you want others to be "real", you're completely disregarding how the existence of others work. "Other" needs to be imagination, that's as real as it will ever get. You're expecting imagination to be something other than imagination. Anything other than that cannot be "other". This is also how the existence of the ego works, you imagine it to be real. You can't have a "real" ego, it's only as real as you imagine it to be. If you know that you yourself are not real, how can you expect others to be real? The only way for you to experience "others" and be attached to "others" is only through imagination. If you were God, how exactly would you prove to yourself that others exist? What would evidence that others exist look like? 90% of your life is you putting imagination and superficial distinctions on top of your experience. This is nothing new. It doesn't matter if there are other experiences, because even considering that to be true is always within the realm of imagination. And also, within all those experiences, others will always be imaginary too. -
People are constantly changing. Clearly, you are not the same person as before if you feel guilty about what you did. The person who hurt someone's feelings is gone, replaced by someone who would forgo such an action.

That's very odd that you went 3 months without doing it and feel so bad about doing it now. Are you sure you're not projecting your beliefs about masturbation onto the experience itself? Or maybe abstinence acted as some sort of placebo effect? I would investigate these ideas. You shouldn't feel bad after masturbating when you've abstained for 3 months. I haven't had a very good experience with no-fap either. I went through what is called a "flatline" in the no-fap community, and it basically gave me a bunch of erection and libido problems. Maybe try a dopamine-detox or start exercising, or both.

I mean, this isn't anything new. 90% of religious people misunderstand their religion.

The weirdest part about it IME is that the thoughts feel so natural and logical when you're in them. They feel like actual memories you should know about at certain points, but when you try to focus on them you realize they don't make much sense. -
Nostalgia. People add sentimental value on top of what was before.

I think the key is to focus on sleep quality, not amount of sleep. It's really not as simple as more sleep = better rested. I have had times where I felt better rested with less sleep, and way more tired waking up with more sleep. It might be something to do with interrupting the sleep cycles, I'm not sure. But, I know sleep is way more nuanced than most people think.

I would recommend still drinking water. The only benefit of not drinking water I can see is purely spiritual, like being more grateful or whatever. Otherwise, I'm not sure if it's that good for you. That's smart. The best time to go into a water fast is probably when your withdrawal period is over and you're in ketosis, so after about 4 days usually. Your body will have adapted to that sort of diet by then, so the water fast will be easier. It's good to start slowly with intermittent just to see how your body responds. Once you're comfortable with intermittent, you can probably go for a longer fast. Although, I personally have never done a water fast

Muslims go for a month, it just depends on how committed you are. Try not to get malnourished, get a good meal in. Maybe take multivitamins if you want Hunger becomes much more tame once withdrawals are over. Initially, lots of hunger is normal because your body is used to eating 24/7. BTW, the headaches most likely happen because your body is not ready to use ketones as fuel, and it starts having low blood sugar, which causes headaches. It's basically just a withdrawal symptom. It should go away once you get into ketosis. IME, only about 4 days. Your body will start to adapt and it will become easy. don't think so Best foods are the ones that are high in fat and protein, the worst ones are high in carbs. (BTW, you can subtract fiber from total carbohydrates because your body does not digest fiber) I generally do a 16/8 intermittent fast, I eat at 8pm and stop eating at 4am. I'm not sure if there is a best time. You can have coffee, just cut the carbs/sugar. Coffee could even speed up the process because it boosts your metabolism Although, it wouldn't hurt to try and take a break from it

There are quite a few benefits, you can look them up pretty easily Generally speaking, I would say once every week or more is the sweet spot I think it could be worth going 30 days just to see what happens. In the end, you gotta test it out for yourself and see what works for you. Ironically, when I went 30 days it actually helped me become more intimate with my sexuality instead of distancing me from it.

dopamine detox, maybe through intermittent fasting

What I meant is that it only exists as an illusion Acknowledging self-deception is against self-deception. The entire game of self-deception is that you are unaware of it.
