  1. So you still have a weak mind? I never tried ice-skating uphill. I am pretty bad at ice skating on a flat surface. Need more improvement.
  2. It was well edited. I liked the "Table of Content" you provided in the beginning so we know what content was coming later in the video. The voice was appropriate, and I guess the energy level also since you are talking about meditation. I would have liked to know more about which books, literature, learning methods you used to start your meditation journey. Sometimes it is nice to do a good "literature study" before you embark on a long journey that would last for years. Also, you briefly mentioned the non-dual state you have achieved through meditation. I would be curious to understand more about that. Just my two cents.
  3. So a few years back, when you meditated, did you have a weak mind?
  4. The wisdom of Socrates returns. @Socrates People thought you are dead. lol
  5. There are two ways to relinquish desires. The first one is that you fulfill the desire. So if you wish to have sex with someone, the desire gets fulfilled once you had sex with them. Eventually, the desire comes back. If the sex was amazing, the desire gets stronger and stronger. So the more you fulfill your desire, the more desires you have. The more amazing sex you have, the more of it you want to have in the future. The second one is to acknowledge your desire without fulfilling it. Became aware of it. Notice that desire always comes from a lack of something. If you had that something, you wouldn't desire it. To desire something is to acknowledge that you lack it. Women love to have sex with men because men have dicks and women don't. God was a genius in his design. If you choose the second approach, the most important aspect is to surrender the payoff of the desire. Became aware of the short-term gain of the payoff of your desire, and let it go. Let go of the reward you expect to gain from your desire. The best approach, in the beginning, is to use a mix of both approaches. Try to fulfill your desires, but become more aware of them. My two cents. If you feel the desire to reply to this message, don't do it. Let it go!
  6. I think you are getting somewhere... What is the difference between a thought and desire? Is desire without a thought a genuine desire, and thought without desire a genuine thought? How do you know what is genuine and what isn't? You are making progress... Keep meditating.
  7. I watched their dialogues a few years ago. If I remember correctly, half of their conversations is them trying to define the meaning of the words they use. They couldn't agree on the language. This tells you that if you take a brilliant physicist trained in the language of physics, and a brilliant guru trained in the language of spirituality, the end result is less than brilliant. 1 physicist + 1 guru = less than one
  8. His path is not your path. Everybody has a different path to walk to get to nowhere. Don't wonder where others are going. Think about where You are going. Have you already learned that which Neils Bohr knew? @electroBeam
  9. Hey Leo, Instead of taking requests from people about new material, why don't you try to source the people on the forum to provide material to you? Let me explain. You mentioned in your last video that you want to make a video on Economics. Instead of gathering insights by yourself about Economics, why don't you ask people on the forum to provide some insights to you? Perhaps there are people here that have worked 30 years in the field of Economics; maybe there are people who have a Ph.D. in Economics; maybe people have read everything from Adam Smith, Hayek, or Keynes. Wouldn't it be easier if people willingly provided their insights which you can use and put them into a cohesive story? You can use the insights if they are helpful or discard them if not. There are reasons why Wikipedia is more successful and relevant that Encyclopedia Britannica and one of the reasons for its success is because Wikipedia is crowdsourced. There is more wisdom in the crowds than in one single head. You have probably thought about the future of actualized.org and the legacy you are leaving behind. We already have the technology to animate your voice and image since you have left hundreds of hours of video/audio training material that can be used to reconstruct you artificially. But the hardest thing to reconstruct is the way you construct your narrative. If you start sourcing the crowds to create your narrative in a few years you can make yourself completely obsolete. Then you can sit on a virgin island with your hot witch girlfriend and do nothing. ha I think you know what I am getting at. Just an idea.
  10. I have read all the books from the Law of One, Seth speaks and other channeled material. In general, they are good for opening your mind to alternative views on reality. The problem with channeled material is that it is often hard to read, and you don't know the source or the intention of the "intelligence" on the "other side." Don't take them as truth, since you have your own channel to the Truth.
  11. Well, you can either keep your mind or lose it. What are you aiming for?
  12. I know. I am not telling him anything. I am only asking questions. Planting seeds. Everybody deserves the success they seek. I am sure he will find the success he is looking for.
  13. @Someone here @zeroISinfinity You guys are arguing as if you have some mental disorder. Are you competing who wants to be Leo's girlfriend? LOL I think Leo loves you both.
  14. Time is an illusion? But if you give up the illusion, will you have Everything or will you have Nothing? Are you going to be successful when you have Everything and need Nothing? Are you going to be successful when you have Nothing and don't need Everything?
  15. This is a play based on a book. Its a re-enactment of what Socrates could do if he came back. It is funny and informative. Socrates meets Jesus.
  16. Trump is orange on the outside. That is how he fools people. But how can someone lower on the spiral deceive someone who is higher on the spiral? Bolton must have some aspects of Red or Trump some aspects of Orange.
  17. Can you have Everything and Nothing at the same time? If Everything is Nothing, and Nothing is Everything, then what is time?
  18. You can read movies? I usually watch them. What are your favorite movies/directors?
  19. THIS. Your sexual preferences could change. At some point in time, you could be into big asses, and later you might be into donkeys.
  20. If you are afraid of heights as an example, you must start climbing higher and recognize that your fear was irrational. The more you keep climbing, the more your fears dissolve. When you get to the highest peak, you will look at your fears and laugh. So you must identify your fears, and face them slowly.
  21. @John Iverson On a subconscious level, you are equivocating Love with Sacrifice. You believe that if you Sacrifice your standards of beauty, mental health, personality, etc, you will show your greatest Love. The more you lower your standards, the more you sacrifice yourself, the higher your Love would be according to your perception. But the only thing that you can never sacrifice is Love. Love is Love, not a sacrifice. Love is not sacrificed, only given. If you can't give it, don't sacrifice it.
  22. Think of the path to enlightenment as a ladder that rises to the heavens. On the ladder, there are many steps and each step brings you closer to the top. Climbing up involves mastering each step. One step might be meditation, so you should get good at it before you proceed to climb higher. Another step might be becoming financially independent, so you must become independent before you climb higher. As you keep climbing and getting better at things, your fears dissolve slowly. If you skip steps, there is a risk that you might fall from the ladder, so you must be careful not to skip important steps. After some years, when you have climbed high enough and many fears have been resolved, you will start to question your fear of death. Only when you resolve the fear of death, you will awaken.
  23. I am not a gamer. In the past decade, I have played only two games and both of them blew my mind. Game #1. LIMBO Game #2. INSIDE Both games start without any instructions, much our real life. As you go through the games, you must find clever ways to survive and escape traps. The art in both games is absolutely amazing, so even if you are not a gamer, you should play them for artistic purposes. If you know games similar to these, feel free to recommend them.
  24. After having some non-dual experiences that broke my conceptualizations of reality a few years ago, last year I stumbled onto a bald guy on youtube whose videos helped me re-contextualize my experiences. Don't remember the exact first video I saw, but probably it was one describing some psychedelic states.
