  1. Does anyone have experience with a health stone for smoking 5-MeO? Ideally, I would find a method that works for both NN-DMT as well as 5-MeO. Also, any recommendations for scales? I want to make sure I get a good quality scale. I'm also considering getting some mg measuring scoops just to make sure I'm measuring my doses correctly.
  2. First of all, I consider myself stage green but when I first started visiting this forum I was very deeply in stage orange. I was also in a very unpleasant state of transition. My life was very volatile on the level of relationships, health, and finances. I was conflicted, no longer knew what my values were, and was no longer deriving pleasure from my usual pursuits. I was very independent and obsessed with self-improvement, sex, and accomplishment. But I was very depressed. Another interesting characteristic is that I always seemed to be aware that nothing lasts, and that really disturbed me. In other words, I was in a state of crisis and my experience was pure groundlessness. From there I decided that I would focus on health, relationships, learn about politics, and basically do what I felt was good for me. I began to build a healthy lifestyle. Leo's SD videos were a massive help to me during this transition because they helped me understand why I was so conflicted. Now I feel like a new person. My question is, what was this transition like for others? Does it always have to be so messy? Or can this be a smooth transition?
  3. One of my favorite meditations teachers recommended 45 mins to an hour if you want to get serious. I do 75 mins. Start small and work your way up.
  4. I have lots of interests but the things I care about the most are learning, yoga, martial arts, art in general, meditation, chilling with my homies. I agree with ivankiss, living a passion-filled life is everything.
  5. I'm also a huge fan of Elly Smallwood out of Toronto.
  6. I just purchased this print for my bedroom. The artist is Joshua Miels.
  7. There may be some truth in what she's saying but she's got issues, man. She's delusional, she's dishonest, and reckless. She is not to be trusted.
  8. @Spence94 Why are you asking? What's your experience.
  9. You are also a taco
  10. @Serotoninluv I just got my hands on NN-DMT. I'm going to give that a whirl first. I know it's nothing like 5-MeO but I'm curious to try it. Oddly, I'm more afraid of NN than I am 5-MeO. I just need to get my hands on a mcg scale and a pipe which may be hard to come by during the quarantine.
  11. I don't consider myself a creative person, but I taught myself to draw just by being consistent. Creative or not, you have more potential than you think.
  12. @Serotoninluv Thanks man
  13. @Espaim Damn dude, you're like the poster boy of green @kag101 If it can take years to transition from one stage to the next, then it can take a long time to verify the truth in the model. I personally take it with a grain of salt. That said, having done it, I can say that the transition from orange to green is real. If you look at Buddhism, or even modern psychotherapy methods, the goal is to reach what resembles stage green, yellow, and (in some cases) turquoise. Anyways, guys, the reason I had asked the question is that I'm curious what it would take for society as a whole to transition to green. In the USA for example.
  14. Yeah, that's the peak. The comedown lasts the rest of the day.
  15. @Serotoninluv Thanks. Is there any advice you would like to share? What do you wish you would have known?
  16. Same here. LSD feels more clean to me but the duration can be a bit of a bitch. Sometimes I just want it to end. Mushrooms on the other hand don't last as long, which is nice, but the side effects can feel shitty.
  17. It's important to get clear on what you mean by suffering. There's no end to sadness, fear, anger, etc. It's all part of being human. That said, as you progress down the path, those emotions have less power over you. There's more space around those emotions. As for trauma, some of that will have to be processed in a way you weren't able to when you were younger. I went through a period that was so intense, and for so long, I thought it'd never end. Then again, I had a really shitty childhood. Some people go through that and other don't. Again, some of this stuff may not be cleared up a 100%. And, it doesn't need to be, you just need to get to a point where the emotional body is relatively clear. As for self-judgement, a lot of it results due to behaviors. Make it a goal to live a healthy lifestyle and most of your self-judgement will cease. My advice would be to meditate and pay attention to discomfort in the body. You need to get to a point where emotions no longer bother you (mostly). Lastly, get your shit handled and live a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy, have healthy friends, and get rid of all vices and distractions.
  18. At 1.5 grams you're not going to experience a whole lot of visuals. Maybe just a slightly distorted field. However, if you close your eyes, you will notice more colors and patterns. For me, the euphoria is the most noticeable side effect. Mushrooms are nice for just that, the euphoric component. You may not hear about that a lot, but enjoy the pleasant sensations. Relax and enjoy yourself, you're going to be fine.
  19. I've decided to take the plunge. One of my friends who has been dabbling in psychedelics wants to try 5-MeO-DMT with me. My question is, is it a bad idea for me and my friend to trip sit each other not having any experience with the substance? Or should we seek someone out who is experienced to watch over us?
  20. Depending on the strain even two grams can be intense for a first time user. IMO, you can't really go wrong with one and a half. These days I trip quite a bit and always start with two grams when I get a new batch just to test the waters. From here on out make sure you know the strain. Golden teacher is pretty mild, where strains like penis envy will rock your world. For new users I always recommend to relax as much as possible. If things get heavy going on a walk, or doing something mundane like cleaning, will help smoothen things out. Sometimes mushrooms can result in depression if your life isn't in order. Bad trips are obviously another possibility, but aren't likely to occur on less than two grams.
  21. @Carl-Richard Ah, ok. I did misunderstand you. @soos_mite_ah Leo posted the zizek video here:
  22. @Carl-Richard I don't believe that everyone is in a dire situation so I would have to disagree. I also think that if you're doing this right, you're fairly content with the way things are. Your life is established and your mental health is good. Your heart is open and there's the recognition that there is indeed a better life for self and others.
