@arlin yes. I suggest to start with Leo's very first enlightenment videos and go thru them. Then listen to his self inquiry videos. Start doing self inquiry. At 20 you already have a gift. I was clueless to this stuff at 20.

@arlin that's what your ego wants you to believe but you ARE reality itself. You're the whole chabang and everyone around you is you as well just exploring yourself from infinite perspectives. Even the dog and the cat is you. The spider and the ants are you. The tree and the coffee table. All of it is you. All of it is consciousness. Not all is self consciousness but its all made of consciousness. And consciousness is God. This isn't happening inside your brain. The body and brain and everything else is happening inside this universal field of consciousness. And that's what you are!

@arlin let me ask you this...do you believe all of this is happening inside your brain?

@arlin this can never be rationalized or reasoned away. Leo's videos are showing you the map not the territory. Everything he teaches is false in the sense that it isn't Truth its just pointers to the Truth. In the end Truth is Truth.

@arlin you never know. It took me under a year with no pyschedelics. But per Leo, pyschedelics, specifically 5-Meo, can get you there pretty quick if you are at a stage of development in your life where it will all come together. God awaits.

@arlin in these experiences you are becoming the Absolute. So you have to BE it to become conscious of these realizations. When you are Being you cannot be you. So in a sense you experience your own death. It is a dissolving feeling of pure Being and Infinity. Afterall you ARE infinity. It is pure Bliss. And then you get to come back! You have beat the game of life in all it's entirety. You died, became God, and then came back. You understand it all.

@arlin Usually when you are able to start hitting non-dual states each mystical experience may reveal a facet of God or all the facets..Absolute Love, Infinite Intelligence, and the nature of all of reality. You will have different realizations with each such as the ones just described..That you are God and everything is you and this is your sandbox is another. You will grasp Infinity.

@arlin The most recent one i had was having a mystical experience in which your consciousness shifts into the Giant Mind to where it is your Mind. You are looking from Gods formed perspective and everything is happening..this whole thing..inside your mind. Which means you are God, alone, and all of this is you.

Guys im gonna tell you what i think can be a very key step to getting enlightened. While meditating stare at your hand. Now look at one of the fingers on your hand See it as the finger. A part of the whole hand. Now keep staring at the finger. But now become conscious that it is the whole hand. That "shift" in consciousness is what ultimately can lead to Enlightenment if you can do that. You will start feeling the sensations in your body that is the bliss of a mystical experience. Heres why this is so effective. You are first seeing the finger as that part. A part of the whole hand. That is like what your consciousness is like to Universal consciousness or God. Or another way is that you yourself are a finitude of infinity. If you can make this shift in consciousness just keep doing it over and over until the mystical experience happens. You can start working on that shift in consciousness with your little consciousness vs God Too..once u can make that shift...well fuck you will drop to your knees and weep This is the whole chabang guys. All reality is is a shift in perspective. You can look at things as a part and be conscious that they are the part and you can look at the part and become conscious that its the whole thing. That's how God works his magic. Its all shifts in consciousness I would like Leo to comment on this too because for me as soon as i make the shifts ..i feel Being. On days like today anyway..when i had a mystical experience. But you have to keep doing that over and over. How fast enlightenment happens may also depend on how spiritually gifted you are too so don't get discouraged. I know I'm making this sound easy so maybe it isn't going to be easy for everyone. But this it guys. Not just looking at the hand. But doing the shifts in consciousness.

I just thought of this since we are always talking about how important it is to be open minded in this work. Because if you can remain open minded long enough, through mediation and other techniques, you can have a mystical experience. When you have one of these you literally feel your mind open. Its because you are tapping into Infinite Intelligence. Your consciousness will completely open up. So guys please stay positive with this work because an Open Mind leads to an Open Mind. And the Bliss is unfathomable. That's why i want you guys to experience this.

@Shaun this is a tricky one and only becomes clear (it least for me) towards the ends all of my realizations. But don't you worry..God is perfect. He's you as in the sense that you are a finger in a hand but you are also the hand. Hes a finger in the hand and he is also the hand. You both are the Hand. You're One. And you will experience being his finger just like he will experience being your finger. You two are identical. So he does know what you did today. Just not from the perspective he is right now. Otherwise he wouldn't be his perspective! You are just exploring yourself from different perspectives otherwise there wouldn't be different perspectives there would only be pure potential..... form and formlessness...which you can become conscious are identical. God incorporates both just like the fingers in the hand still being the whole hand. Whether its carved out or not doesn't matter to God. One Oneness. Perfection.

@UDT True liberation is the Absolute understanding that you are God. That this is your sandbox. To know the Universe is you and is perfect. To know the Ego and his traps and to be free from them. To wake up from unconsciousness to consciousness.

@Leo Gura @Anderz Trump is probably the most asleep person on this planet. He must suffer a lot.

@Heviin She was confusing self conscious with consciousness. The substance of reality is consciousness, but a rock isn't self conscious. Its still made of consciousness, not atoms or matter. So she has to be able to make that distinction. That was something that took me a while to grasp.

@Zigzag Idiot yes. They call it the doubt disorder because of a feeling of lack of certainty. It's a torturing illness of the Ego. But if one can harness the suffering caused by OCD and work towards Liberation they will become conscious of all Realizations. There will be Absolute Certainty. That is true liberation and freedom from the Ego. God is perfect.

@Soul-lover 2020 you ARE reality. Grasp that with a mystical experience and your path to full realization of Truth shall really begin.

@arlin Remember, i know this doesn't seem clear to you yet, because you are using the rational mind. 99 percent of the world is doing the same. But logic and reason is couched within reality. It is a finitude of Infinity. Reality is Infinity. You are Infinity. (Not your finite self but your Infinite Self). Logic and reason cannot grasp reality, for reality is prior to it. Reason cannot reach outside to grasp it. This can only be achieved through a mystical experience in which you mystically become Infinity. And there your mind will open and consciousness will increase. You may not experience all facets of Truth in one experience, but certain Truths/Absolutes will be revealed to you.

@SQAAD its a fundamental part of intelligence. Intelligence is a fundamental facet of the Absolute. Hence we have Infinite Intelligence. Your intuition is finite but it is guiding you.
