  1. Breathe as the artial marts masters.

Inhale teeth together, open mouth and the gums will absorb oxygen.

    Exhale opening the mouth.

    Saaaaaaaaaaa on inhale

    Hammmmmm on exhale

I usually do this when i pedal on rickshaw, bruce lee style, using this technique to have double of oxygen.

When you need extra oxygen in a sprint, inhale btw teeth fast like a aspirator and exhale through open mouth as slowly as possible and repeat.

Don't forget to belly in and down on exhale, rest the shoulders down.

I feel like my Crown Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra have been painful in the last couple of weeks.

But I've been really using these lately, so I'm beginning to think Chakras can be overused as well as underused.

    What do you think?

There were many times where I would feel a pain/fatigue at the top of my head (Crown Chakra) and also in my belly area (Solar Plexus Chakra).

Pain in the head and knot in the right side down the rib, that is the Ego and will. Go crown - spleen, associate this while exhaling belly in.

Would you agree that eating organic whole wheat pasta is a good start in at least attempting to eat better/healthier or would you say that its still as bad as eating junk food?

Pastas pretty inexpensive, easy, and fast to cook. So to me it seems like a good food to start of with at least.

Once i find out how to make rice more tastier i could move on to that.

    No nutrition, just energy.

  4. No, is about pairing all the organs together and have a bigger conscious mind, like 90% bigger. Now you are using less than 5% of your neural system, because you stay un the muscles with your attention, in the cortex, mamallian brain. The other 90% of the brain capacity is be reptilian parta if the body, like the circulation system, lymphatic system, endoctrine and so on.

So Awakening is being conscious of your subconscious.

Give you and example. I can rest in a meditative state and fall asleep and i even hear my snorring many times. In that state i can wake up any time or simply stay in that state and tap in difrerent organs of the body. Afterz all togetehr if you have Awakened, and so one can see different perspectives of reallity.

In other words the enlightened ones have no more subconscious, only the dormant, this is the reason we call the that.

Iv been meditation everyday, often multiple times a day for 3,5years. I dont see any benefit at all.

I use the technique of letting all thoughts go and im good at it. But the cake seems like a massive lie. Is this normal?

Leo said in a video that after 10 years you see a massive change. But why dont i see any now? Im not less irretated. Im not less stressed. Im super depressed until the point of contemplating suicide.

Is good, now embrace that suffering and love death. Do it 100% mind wise. Contemplate death even, then let ir go.

You are on the right path, you thought that this awakening shit is easy? Is yet to come, trauma speaking. But after bliss will arise, accept the constant falling feeling you have in your body right now, relax and listen to breath.

I want to know more about this. Do you have a source/books where you got all of this?

Last week doing some Pranayama I had a very meaningful moment where I opened my chest as wide as I could and I inhaled as profound as I could. I felt like I had to do that, that I was constrained. From that moment my body has been doing chest breathing a lot of time during the day and my awareness has been there. Also since that moment i have been having an urge to really breath in the chest and imagining opening my lungs to the air of the outside with little love emoticons absorving the air (LMAO I know but its true). I don´t want to sound corny but could that be the "heart chakra".

What do you think all means? Or I am just bullshitting myself lol? (Chest breathing still I know is good for me because I felt constrained so its going to be good for my confidence/control, so that is actually real) BUt i mean the chakra stuff

I have not read this stuff, this is my original experience. Anyone knows this, just listen to your breath, insights will flood the mind.

  7. Depends. Kundalini is always on, being aware of it or not.

When we are not aware of Kundalini we call this dormant state, because it goes directly into the head and we have the Ego.

When Kundalini is poured into the heartspace and one still operates from a point of view of the Ego, then it will appear as uncontrolled movements or feelings.

Kundalini in other words is very simple, everyone activates it in the heartspace without knowing it.

Laughing, and laughing from the heart, that belly innocent laugh. That is Kundalini rising.

I was saying many times here, learn from the laugh, learn, notice the way you breathe while you laugh, then transpolate that into your meditation practices.

This is how ancient yoga was discovered.

Do you think that the mantra "AUM" was discovered in some cave after some mystical experience? No!,  notice the sound you make when you yawn.

Hey guys, hope you had a great week so far!

I was just curious what your thoughts about coffee are and especially about my individual situation. Some context: I drink 2 cups everyday, one in the morning and one after lunch together with 10 grams of cocoa power (also has caffeine). I love the taste of it, I "cling" to the feeling of wakefulness it gives me and I am also EXTREMELY productive after I drink a coffee. It creates a certain disease when I think about leaving out the coffee in the morning as I feel like I would be very tired and I also do intermittent fasting which could be more challenging without caffeine.

I'd like to ask you if you think that this is an addiction (a habit) worth breaking to get to higher levels of self-actualization or to attain higher states of consciousness in the long term?

What would you do in my situation?

Have a great rest of the week and thank you very much!

Coffee is a tool. If you feel it empaira you, quit. If not, use it to grownd yourself and boost kundalini with it.

Recently I healed many traumas resolving suicidality which led me to feeling love so much more.

It's so good I wanna know how do you guys fill your lives more with love? Acts of service? What type? Love songs? Which ones? Every detail counts throw it at me.  Thank you.

You will feel Love when you give Love. There is no other way.

Simply walking on the street and project the chest into everyone.

Harry Potter on his Nimbus 2000.

Sounds fair and after the realization according to my knowledge, one still perceives duality within non-duality. So I wonder why many apparently do drop the physical body from a duality POV. I've read that some ascended masters continue to help and teach in other realms, such as the astral realm.

When one realizes that the body isn't them, or only a part of them, is it really a death praising idea at that point from their perspective?

The body is also "them", cannot be dropped, otherwise you saying that the ego and mind entities take over nrwborns, this is a satanic idea in the most macabre sense my padawan.
