  1. @Yog Interesting insights. Your native language must of been built upon spirituality probably. Only the wise can interconnect these minute insights. Also my main insights about the word Enlightenment itself is this: once you go throught Enlightenment experiences it Lightens the self, like as if you are carrying such a burden from your ego that once you know the Truth your burden drops and you become very LIGHT internally, mentally, psychologically. If it's not enlightening (if this insight does not make you internally/mentally lighter) it's not Enlightenment. Enlightenment itself lifts you up so much!
  2. @Tony 845 Cool that you are going through such experiences, opening your mind to more direct experience of what is actually happening to you. My word would be for you to do more stronger practices like Yoga, it will help you to get a stronger internal body to cope with the running Kundalini energy. Lets say the strength of kundalini energy can be put in a chart from 1 to 10, and you have kundalini level 7 and your body can handle lvl 4 or 5 without any side effects (shaking etc.). It's very talked about topic in Kriya community where the kundalini can open so much that it leaves you with unwanted experiences and body sensations and the best thing you could do is more Kriya Yoga.
  3. See when you said to yourself that you are not ready it's as if God was saying you still need to build up your ego to later surrender all of it and become Enlightened. I myself have these insights that I somewhat want spiritual growth but in the other hand I still have some ego issues to resolve thus saying to myself I'am not ready yet. You still have to build up the ego to later loose it and you will experience it where you are ready to meet your true nature, to KNOW that you are GOD, but you still have this little ego which is not ready to accept the Truth.
  4. @DreamScape It's as if God is the ocean and it wanted to know who it is so he created fish from itself to know what the ocean or God is.
  5. @wk197 It's crucial for you to listen to those stages. It shows where you are at and where you should be going. It helped me to grow A LOT, one of the best works of Leo. I can't thank him enough for taking his time for that model.
  6. @wk197 You probably missed a few facts about "Stage Turquoise SD"
  7. I love when I break out of time and become the NOW. That moment is just amazing on it's own.
  8. @Preety_India Everything is relative. Being spiritual or being a drug addict is the same. If you go from being un-spiritual to spiritual its a huge shift from your now living reality or as you call it actuality. If anything changes it feels weird, not right, change your school, change your career, change the country you live in and boom you feel weird, differend actuality. Same goes to spirituality, it changes your actuality. Once you understand it you still do feel the weirdness of it but now you are conscious that it locks a person in one spot like a paradigm lock. Being spiritual and exploring consciousness is also leading to ACTUALLY understanding how the mind works, if you understand it very well you understand other peoples behaviour. Lets say that by being very conscious you understand how reality works, you understand the mechanisms which govern people, its as if you no longer see a video game but you see the code behind it. It can become booring and scary in a way because you are somewhat loosing your joy of not knowing what the hell is actually going on in reality. Lets say you just know too much. But that goes full circle, you go back being joyfull. Thats the magic of spirituality, you think that your going crazy, but then boom everything is beautiful again. Be sure you want to take the path. Its full of shit and you will step on it way more often than you think. Its like the part in the matrix where the pills are given, be very sure you are choosing the one you really want. You might not understand what is writen here, im not a native english speaker, but I hope im pointing you to something you are asking. Have a great weekend though!
  9. I know there is a Kriya mega thread but getting responses there can be hard. I do Kriya x2 times per day in this order @Morning: Nadi sodh. Ujjayi pran. Talabya kriya Concentration @Evening: Nadi sodh. Ujjayi pran. Om jappa chakras Concentration Is it ok if I break some of them apart or should I do them all together in the morning and in the evening? Any tips would be appreciated.
  10. @ShugendoRa a person can become conscious of what God is, but he can be totally unconscious that he is a racist. The most important thing of this work is not awakening, its key, but in my experience understanding how twisted the mind actually is and how self-deception is a very deep problem of reality brought a lot of understanding why people seem to be crazy sometimes. They are victims of their own mind. Self reflection is very important, but ego minded people are not conscious about their selfish acts, its very very hard to notice and accept that, because its very mechanical
  11. A video full of deep insights, I also had a laugh, you are funny! Thank you @Leo Gura
  12. @Recursoinominado Nice insights, I'll contemplate on your words.
  13. Well yeah cause people have pipe dream ideas what awakening is and project when it's not what they think it actually is, so Leo just want's to make things clear.
  14. Also people are invited to chat about this theme. Give us your thoughts what you learned.
  15. All cultures are very simplistically thinking about karma. You have to understand what karma is, not just hear from someone, you have to get a deep insight about it.
  16. @0ne It's just consciousness evolution, it grows as you age naturally. That's why we do yoga or meditation to speed things up. You just want to do it in a year which is a pipe dream. Also if you don't enjoy all of this maybe the spiritual path is not for you. Contemplate it deeply.
  17. @Pilgrim Karma is like a string that you are being attached to totally unconsciously. You have some karma that you are attached to your mother, to your brother, friends etc. All the shit that you did being selfish, manipulative etc. If you hold any anger on someone that's your karma. If you think that you did something wrong to someone and got away with it you also create bad karma unconsciously, those are very small amounts of strings but later you just build up so much that you start to feel the entanglement of it, but don't understand what that is. You actually create the karma! That's a karmic attachment which is active and it leeches energy from you. When you have some deep Enlightenment/Awakening experiences of who you are the mind breaks the illusion of the attached ego who created all that unconscious karma and it actually detaches from those strings in a second, all karma breaks! You feel such a powerful relief that you understand what karma actually is and you become aware of how much karma leeches from you. Like if the karma is some sort of prison that you break out from. You feel so relieved, so powerful. Also you become conscious that your created karma is leeching energy from OTHER people, and as you break off your own karma, you ACTUALLY can feel that other people are also free from it as well. It works both ways, if others have karma on you, you can break it for you and for them. Karma is kinda like a string of bad energy. Also you can imagine karma as being a weight or a burden on your back, if you create it for yourself you actually burden others also. I can't explain it very well im not a native English speaker.. Hope you can somewhat get the idea of how I see/understand karma.
  18. @Kushu2000 Get off this forum man. If you awoke to realize that all this Leo bullshit forum cult stuff is false just leave and be.
  19. @Nate0068 I can totally agree with you. I sometimes get so weirded out by my own appearance that I actually feel as though I'am an alien not a human. Weird to describe it.
  20. @TheUniverseIsLove Ultimately you are the universe sending the message "Love" for yourself. You are the builder of you path and the walker at the same time. Recognize what the universe is trying to communicate with you through this message.
  21. @hikmatshiraliyev These should not bother you. It's a part of the practice to not get annoyed by these micro distractions. Except if you are just in pure anxiety all over the place, but if you are calm, relaxed, feeling an itch or a upcoming cough is not that bad. Don't get caught up where you think that you shouldn't even move in meditation. Moving is normal when you are not in very very deep meditation. I often scratch an itch every time from now and then, but I try to let go of the scratch at all, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
