@Razard86 If one stays in Truth for long enough, one Will understand why illusion and ego was created. It is daunting to Live conscious as God. Its such a radical paradigm shift. I think Life is just a process of preparing the unconscious part of God (the ego-mind) to Accept and embrace Infinity and imagination.

Well that is depressing. Don´t you think If you elevate your consciousness radically you can conscious create inner chemistry? @Leo Gura For example, I remember some years ago in an LSD trip I became so conscious I was infinite reality that just to see what I was capable of I started snapping my fingers and with each I snap I consciously created inner feelings, from stimulation, to peacefulness, to stillness, it was pretty crazy. That was pure Consciousness, pure Power. If one gets to such a level of realization why not? Obviously is debatable Sadhguru has gotten there, seeing the latest news, I´ll give you that. Yeap, the more I know about him the more incongruent things I catch about him. Probably the more you are engaged in the world the less the things he sells are possible to accomplish. Yeah, that´s the point, as a striving or goal what sadhguru offers is beautiful. But has himself even accomplish it? Doesn´t look like. He´s too engaged in world activities as Leo said.

I can verify this. Nowadays I sleep about 5-5.30 hours, I´m doing about 1h 30 of the teachings, Is been almost 2 years of daily work to get to this level though. Having said that, I was quite disappointed yesterday when I heard the news, precisely because the doctor said he took painkillers and sedatives, when his whole selling argument for inner engineering is 'Be your own chemical factory'. By the way, I commented this in my isha whastapp group and everybody stepped on to me. Such a cult-like behaviour again. I thought this people were more conscious than average but no, sheeps as in any other organisation. God damn it what is wrong with humanity 🤓

@Osaid This makes sense. A human appears interacting with a 'world' appears but it doesn´t seem there is a self in my experience. Until I create it. Then all illusion starts haha.

I think the key is that you can consciously have a sense of self or obliterate it at will. Why you need a sense of self? To plan and think about stuff, drive, do stuff, etc. But it is important to know how to disengage yourself and put the on Neutral. If not life burns you up

When the mind gets erased I find myself unable to think or project, including an outside world or any kind of projection. When surrender happens pure Bliss is find, being as Nothing I realize the bubble of consciousness is Literally Love/Bliss/Me. But to get to that one has to surrender everything, which is not easy. After you do it is amazing, but before doing that loneliness is seeing as pure terror. Why I am scared of that? @Leo Gura I remember some time ago you said the whole universe was your bubble of consciousness. Is Awakening slowly accepting this in daily life to the point it becomes a living reality and you are Ok with that unpersonal 'positive' loneliness? Is unthinkable to open myself to the possibility of living like this in daily life. Even after suspecting this is Awakening I see the ego unable to open itself to this. Is unthinkable lol.

Not for all females. Most females are unconscious chimps as males so they Will be attracted to muscles. There isnt anything more dumber than spending 1 hour a day building muscle to be attractive to females. But thats the level of development we are in western society 🤣 (i do hit the gym precisely for the "reasons" you mention so im not denying the Truth of your statement). But things as dedicated or respect would be better invested in going to higuer realms of development, not to survival crude body aspects like getting laid 🤣🤣 . And confidence is the most bs word. If one has to build muscle to be confident then one IS one hell of a fucking chimp. Not to mention confidence is another low consciousness trait. Clarity, not confidence. All the dumb people want confidence. Smart beings want clarity and perception. Having said that im signing off im going to lift some weights gotta appear "dedicated" for the females of western world 🤣

It depends. Light moderate exercise Will almost certainly make you Live longer and healthier. But if you take It too much It probably shorten your Life span. Precisely if you are a gym rat and you are eating a lot that Will create harm in the body long term. Too much food is no good, too much stress on the system.

Thanks for the report lol very destailed @koops I hit the gym but im not sure how much lineal correlation is between strength hypetrophy training and health. Sure is better than staying st the sofa all the day, no doubt. But i have my doubts that is the best way to improve health or be "fit". A muscular body is Only attractive because we are Still leaving in paleolithic very crude ways. In the same way once you become a bit conscious and you are not so obssesed about body parts, you start to see women that are not that physically voluptuose as attractive as the other ones, the same goes for men. Also lets not even discuss diet. Why you say "eating properly". Having to eat more is i no way healthier, for the body or for your mind.

You did an almost perfect video some years ago "What is Truth?" Where you said things very clearly. Why the change and complexitiy now? I literally have a Legit Awakening listening to that video and years later all spiritual work has proven what indeed i experienced was Truth. Why you say now the Mind has some Truth?

IME enlightment means all that you see, your body, the floor, the air, the sky, birds, sounds...etc all of this is God, Infinity. In this 'phenomena' that is appearing if you can NOT FIND YOURSELF nowhere, you are 'enlightened'. If you do not exist in the body then you are boundless, nothing empty existence. At this point you are free, 'you' merge with the breeze and time does not pass, because 'you' do not exist and do not identify with anything. But of course this does not mean this is the 'highest level' or absolute profundity of yourself. This is just a perception that is beyond the psychological. Is it truth? Is it the highest perception? Probably not. Or yes. Facts is only you have if your present experience, all that you can do is make peace with what is that.
