  1. Being aware of your flaws is good. Very few people think this way. If I am to write a post about my flaws someone will kick me out I think you should stop caring what others might be thinking of you. Watch Leo's video on this. It helps.
  2. I cannot explain and sometimes cannot understand either But I had some professors who were perfect at explaining. Maybe its a matter of practice.

  4. Thank you all for your advices. My problem is that I feel super dizzy (almost fainting) when I eat little, sometimes I eat a piece of brown bread and still feel dizzy.
  5. I watched a lot of videos and read a lot of articles about Gurus nutrition. Its simply eating vegetables and fish and avoiding food that take away your energy such as (Beef, coffee, tea .. etc) I also watched a video by Leo in which he says that you can eat salad whole day and work out. I wonder how can we get enough energy to work out when we take no carbs or sugar.

  7. @Highest Buddhism suggests that we are all one, eventhough we seem to be separated. If you notice, muslims think that by following islamic rules, they are doing God a favor, while in fact it only helps to develop one's inner self. (Sufis understand this very well)
