In the process improving ourselves I felt that if we are determined enough we can overcome our disabilities and weak points.i have a problem that I speak fast sometimes and people used to laugh about it .but doing yoga and be concious of my disability has helped me.any one who has gone through similar experiences?
  2. Is being judgmental and critical of one's own self a good thing .I often judge myself and that leads me to lack of self confidence.do you people also judge yourself?.how to increase self love ?
  3. @Nahm yes I am aware of the reason.and I am aware of the fact that it has to go .it's just I feel it's root are a bit deeper and it will take time I guess.
  4. @Nahm .it is sort of abrupt change of mood when I remember past experiences.i feel like intense urge to be alone or cry or not talk to anyone.it is bad feeling.
  5. @B_Naz thank you so much.i have been keeping myself busy with my hobbies and work.and I am learning new things too.i understood your advise.i am trying to let go of negative energy of my past.just they pop up sometimes in my mind.but you are right past is just a memory.

  8. I am beginning to enjoy my own company,I feel happy doing my activities but still deep somewhere there is a pain due to a emotional connection of my past.how to get that out of me .is it same for you people too?.have you gone through this phase too?.
  9. @Sukhpaal .but we need that experience to really understand ourselves..we cannot be concious to each breath but we can experience it once in a while.

  12. @B_Naz .yes you are right.the day to day routines take its toll and we forget understand our own self and we don't realize and assimilate the nature around us.when we go for diving in water and put our head in water for few seconds we realize how important each breathe is.we become fully aware of it.do try it someday ,it's amazing how each breathe is realized.
  13. I feel that each breath we take is a great event in itself but we are not able to realize it .what are your thoughts about it?
  14. @Highest so it means to experience truth soul has to believe in it and not just mind .it is more like spiritual experience rather than anything else
