  1. @Viking I think it's best to try as a last resort a guru somewhere , or maybe a kriya retreat for a few days and see how that works before quitting and moving on the something else.
  2. Are there any dangers in skipping yoga days ? if I cant practice at all for 3 days is that going to affect me in some way ?
  3. Need some advice for my practice routine. Been doing kriya for one month. Should I start doing my first kriya initiation? 8 (sometimes 12)x nadi sodhana 8 (sometimes 10) x Ujjayi pranayama 10 talabya kriya (10 tongue raises , 1 stretch ) 3 rounds of om japa out loud, 3 other round mentally 15 minutes of concentration on medulla and trying to focus at the same time my inner vision from medulla to the point between the eyebrows. usually it takes about 25-30 minutes. most days I do this twice some times 3 times and when I don't have the time I do it once a day.
  4. Mescaline was really intense for me and much more spiritual compared to LSD and shrooms. Amazing experience and it was one of the best trips I ever had. I believe it's much more effective for spiritual work
  5. Just got the book and started getting into it. How do you guys proceed with the exercises ? I just got to the first one ( alternate nostril breathing ) and I was wondering what am I supposed to do after the exercise ? Meditate ? How long till you guys go to the next exercise? Do you meditate after practicing what it is written ? Thanks
  6. Maybe it's a matter of time until you can develop enough consciousness and see that every emotion is just like an external object. Emotions and objects are just things that are not you and are passing you by. You don't identify with the computer you're typing that would be absurd so why identify with your fear ?
