  1. No guilt is a sign that you need to inspect why the guilt is arising in the first place. Because you THINK guilt is coming from meditation, but its actually coming from something completely different that you're unaware of. Who knows, maybe you have an insecurity with laziness that needs to be worked through. There is no reason to feel guilty about not meditating. Do what your heart, not your ego, desires.
  2. @Jed Vassallo that's a painting/pencil filter isn't it? @Dwarniel Flesh prism only thy name, reality in Truth. @Roy is that in the US? upper regions?
  3. Just goes to show how much people rely on anti-biotics. Maybe if they took ownership of colds, and instead of getting antibiotics, eat the necessary nutrition to boost their immunity system, they wouldn't have this panic? I haven't taken(and refuse to) antibiotics in the past 10 years, and am still alive. It just takes good nutrition, hygienic food, and clean living.
  4. Don't know what it is, but I have a deep desire and curiosity to explore chakras, kundalini, bliss, different feelings, etc. Not for healing, not for relieving suffering not even for seeking, but for the sake of understanding, and becoming more conscious and aware of who I am (god), how I work, and exploring what types of states of consciousness are in God, what can be explored, what can be discovered metaphysically. I'm just so excited and curious about Myself, that I just want to explore deeper and deeper about what I am, really. I'm sort of like a metaphysical scientist, that's just deeply curious about what I am, what I'm made of. I want to explore, discover, see different metaphysical aspects of myself, etc. Do kundalini or chakra practices fit this bill? Are they helpful for exploring yourself for the sake of quenching your curiosity? Or are they really just made up systems for healing and relieving suffering?
  5. @Nahm Cool thats a perfect orientation to use to enter a reiki session. The healing Nelson Mandella gave to the world was initially a scientific experiment to see if the common sense "black people are below white" was wrong - because back then, that statement was a fact, until questioned. Aristotle's healing of breaking free of religious dogma, started out as a scientific inquiry. Adviata vedanta was once an exploration of consciousness, thats now healing the world. relief of suffering comes from the freeing of constraints and limitations placed on you by the matrix you have set yourself up in, and the scientific inquiry, the curiosity for truth, is a direct expression of this. True science is healing, Nice!
  6. @Nahm I'm curious about reiki and new dimensions of life like energy, yet i dont have a need to heal. I dont feel like i need to heal anything. Because of that, having a reiki session seems silly. You wouldnt go to your GP if you didnt have a cold and was curious about medicine. How do you get exposed to reiki from more of a metaphysical scientist standpoint, rather than some poor depressed soul looking for a way of of their misery?
  7. Yeah but i think theres a distinction between relieving suffering and quenching curiosity.
  8. Imagine if it wasn't a belief, but something you can SEE in the present moment, with shock, awe and amazement. That cause and effect are but illusions. Even if you think that's proposterous, wouldn't be worth inspecting just in case
  9. The motivation is not coming from a lack, and a need to fill that lack. Its coming from being drawn to the beauty of the universe and a thrust to immerse with it and explore it. If it gets forgotten, that's ok.
  10. Yeah... the thing is, you don't know whether you're being affected by the energies of others, unless you're naturally gifted in wisdom, or have been trained. Ever wonder why your mood changes, and it seems to change based on the environment? If it does change based on the environment, you could do with some inspection.
  11. Yeah I've got some pretty good coffee in the cupboard hahaha.
  12. The benefit of god realisation is that there is no benefit.
  13. Great post, lots of information there. What's your take on reiki and qi gong's potential in opening yourself up to alternative states of consciousness, understanding who you are, how you work, why you're here, etc? I know reiki is used for healing, which I'd imagine means (defined as) relieving suffering. But what about going beyond suffering and exploring consciousness out of curiosity and expression for loving what you are? Helping you to break out of the matrix (physical universe, assumptions) and getting conscious of the inner workings of infinite intelligence, the origins of the universe, etc?
  14. Gosh, men and women must have been so different before Darwin brainwashed them into all of this evolution, instinctual bullshit.
  15. No because it promotes echo chamber mentality and what people "like" is usually dogma that confirms their biases. Makes the forum toxic. Also likes are relative. No post is better than the other absolutely.
  16. I'm pretty sure ive got asperges. Not sure what enlightenment is, but of course the more conscious you are the more easily you see how others feel. You become more sensitive to the energies of others, and not just others, but objects too. Also your asperges and relationship problems will be seen in a different light. Asperges and relationship problems are not what they seem when you see them from the big picture of infinite love. In fact i made an AI with EQ based on a mystical experience.
  17. Yeah but that's probably because it costs 5K a year to live there hahahaha. The average pay in the US is probably 80K, but it takes 200K to live comfortably.
  18. A few days ago i wrote that i saw nothingness in everything and this changed my relationship with my career and relationships. This was because I saw all words, sentences, meaning, object recognition, as simply nothingness if you contemplated far enough. And what causes us to think that words and sentences have meaning is our ignorance, or unwillingness to contemplate far enough. If you contemplate far enough all meanings collapse into nothing. I now see this everywhere. Literally everything is nothingness, and the world is created through not focusing or meditating on the present moment enough. By not meditating on the present moment, you allow yourself to believe and mistake thought stories as reality. Meaning/creation is created by us pretending we cannot contemplate further, and our thoughts are the fundamental, most reduced element of this world. whats that? A tree? but whats a tree? its just a tree thats it! by refusing to contemplate further we create reality. As soon as we start contemplating what a tree is, we risk seeing nothingness. I went into a radically new mindset today, just by contemplating "whose responsible for all of this". The immediate answer was "me". Im the one whose choosing to not contemplate further to create reality. Or im the one who chooses to see nothingness. Its all me. Im doing it. But what is me? If im a human, how can i willfully make the world nothingness or something? Ahhhhhh......... Im the universe, acting through a human. And I thought i was a human because i totally forgot that the ability to perceive and be aware, is not caused by being a human, but by being the universe. A human does not perceive, and cannot perceive or be aware. A human does not have such capabilities. A human does nothing. Its the universe that perceives and is aware. This body has nothing to do with me. And me is the centre of the universe, because there is nothing outside of me. And me is the one running the show. Not the human. The universe is acting from the centre of the human flesh. The universe is being aware from the centre of the human. But its the universe that is perceiving and being aware, not the human. When i was saying I, I thought i meant the human, but i actually meant the universe. I is referring to the universe, not to the human. This has opened a radically different viewpoint. I dont know what to do anymore. There is no where to go, and nothing to achieve or accomplish. There is a very strange sense of completion, because, you cant be more than this. Its literally everything. You cant complete yourself by becoming some famous artist, because you are the one who makes up the idea of the famous artist itself. You are prior to it. You cant even become enlightened, because its your unwillingness to contemplate and collapse the world, or you pretending that your thoughts are fundamental and that you cant deconstruct further, that is creating enlightenment. You are prior to enlightenment. What do you do in such a mindset? I dont know what to do. Theres no where to go or be.
  19. @SOUL This is a very good example of someone trying to use logic to prove God's existence. There is no such thing as an imaginary thought story, but you must formerlly believe in imaginary thought stories to realize that.
  20. @SOUL There is no such thing as an imaginary thoight story.
  21. @SOUL No, everything isnt an imaginary thoight story. This is spiritual bypassing
  22. @Artaemis fuck dude your experiences are creepily similar to mine.
  23. There's a lack of focus occurring because there is large energy/bliss and a strong sensation of pressure at the forehead. And this is causing the stream of thoughts to disrupt every 30 or so seconds, which disrupts focus on everyday activities like work and driving. Anyone who has experienced this before, I would love for you to share your experiences on resolving it. Thanks!
  24. hahahahahahahaha that's priceless
