Dealing with negative emotions We all feel pain, fear, sadness and anger. It is in our biology as a mechanism that will help us survive and reproduce. Most people try to escape this by distracting themselves. What I have learned is that it is much better to accept and be mindful of these feelings. A great video on this topic is "How to deal with strong negative emotions". I have had some disappointments during the last weeks, but when I was mindful of my feelings I didn´t suffer from them anymore. On the contrary life felt more "full" and "real". I want to experience life in it´s entirety, both the good and the bad, the happiness and suffering, and I hope that one day I can say yes to everything.

That´s true. And if I get a similar tattoo I would get a "But Leo..." tattoo on the other hand lol

You can always try to meet a guy on the internet, it might be easier if you have low self esteem. Just be careful that he isn`t an overweight 45 year old living in his mother´s basement. And be sure that the reason for getting into a relationship isn´t getting approval or escaping loneliness, perhaps watch some of Leo´s relationship videos

There are so many alt-right forums on the internet. You can probably find people to discuss with there. Just remember to think critically about what you read on those forums, there are plenty of conspiracy theories

I think that what Leo is talking about is only practised by a minority of islamic mystics.

I think that the only use of this test for personal developement is to get more information about your personality type. But personality types are largely determined by genetics and are not different stages of personal developement. If you are young you mature very quickly and that might be the reason for the change in test results. Or perhaps you have gotten to know yourself a bit better. You might have based your test answers on how other see you or you want them to see you. Btw when I first did the test some years ago I was an INTJ but now I´m INTP. But that´s not so much of I change I guess lol

Is anything besides enlightenment worth putting time and effort into?

Is it important to search for my life purpose. I am worried that I might be wasting my time, and instead should be focusing on enlightenment. What is the relationship between life purpose and enlightenment? Will I still have a life purpose after getting enlightened. I am a newbie so I don´t know very much, please answer.

Will my life purpose continue after enlightenment? If not, what will I be doing instead?
