Stages are not binary, do your research. You can be blue green, in fact you can be the entire damn rainbow. You will have a majority of your values somewhere though but if you went to prison now you would be Red in about a week, otherwise you would die.

But what about for clueless stoner kids who just play around with psychedelics? I know a guy who thought ego death was the same as contemplation lmao.

Fear Hierarchy Goal Accomplished! Looking at strangers in the face. I can safely, calmly stare a stranger on the street in the face now. I realized my thoughts about what could happen were preventing me from doing that. Ive seen through the thoughts! Im free! Now only 10 more goals to go. ??

When you step outside the bubble of excess materialism it becomes a parody of itself.

Shadow work journaling was a blast so I want to start writing a journal of everything I am grateful for, in the past and present. Probably won't follow any particular structure, just my heart and write anything I feel grateful for on any particular day.
-
haha! I am grateful for you being who you are! thats all you can be! "Today you are you, that is truer than truer, there is noone alive that is youer than you"

Let go. Be so present that 1 minute feels like 10.

haha no im rilles... i promise!!! well... hes a psychologist so he knows about CBT too, its one of the most common methods used tell me what you think about the idea
-
Sure, sometimes I dont write that much because i frequently get ignored CBT is a psychology method of dealing with fears, you basically go step by step in dealing with fear increasing intensity the more you get comfortable example Fear of elevators step1: stand outside an elevator until youre comfortable step2: push the button until youre comfortable step3: step inside without going up step4: close the door without going up step5: press the elevator going up one floor these steps happens over days and weeks not all at once! etc etc all while being extremely aware of your thinking patterns and how they try to skew the reality of the situation, bit by bit your nervous system will feel much calmer try to figure out a solution like this but for fear of dogs

"There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically. "May be," the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. "How wonderful," the neighbors exclaimed. "May be," replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. "May be," answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son's leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. "May be," said the farmer." I always think of this story when someone talks of luck/unluck
