When I don't judge the moment its perfect

6 posts in this topic

When I contemplated that I got the idea to stop judging.

It surprised me so much how quite my mind became.

You wont believe how much of our mental chatter is based on judgment.

So I offer you this meditation: Try to suspend all judgment. And even if you still judge don't judge yourself for judging :)

Yes, this is part of it, we have the ability to Discern, to know what is health and safe for us, but judgement is different, its emotional and ideological and creates a ton of Karma for You to work out...Especially Judging Yourself, Loving, Respecting, Accepting of Self is the worst kind of Judgement to make...

Karma Means "Life is my Making", I am 100% responsible for my Inner Experience. -Sadhguru..."I don''t want Your Dreams to come True, I want something to come true for You beyond anything You could dream of!!" - Sadhguru

@Theplay everyone is right if you are right, everyone is wrong if you are wrong.

No, The experience is objectively imperfect when you are trapped by the multiple barriers of the mind. It is not something that you can decide to change at will, self-help never works,. dissatisfaction is for something, there is work to do, barriers to dynamite. There is no satisfaction in prison for those who are born to be free.

judgement is to keep my eyes fixed on you instead of looking who i in fact am

for to look at oneself is to dissolve oneself and who the hell wants that

i mean if you're real i have to be real is how i reason

forgiveness is the antidote to judgement

namely i acknowledge i projected my past onto you

i only see what i see in you because it is in me and i wanted to offload it to make me feel not as bad

i forgive myself and thereby redeem both of us to innocence and perfection

now whatever takes place is the magnificence of the kingdom of heaven

praise be to god
