@PurpleTree you can not simply let this go.

You could ignore, but that would not resolve the trauma.

You could try to avoid the triggers, but the trauma will remain dorment inside of you.

Instead accept your experience. Be brave, be trustfull.

To make this easier, sink into the peacefullness that lies within you. There you find power trust and safety that you need to accept the experience of anxiety.

Remember, you are the quiet awareness. Untouchable from all apparent threats.

What do you have to offer?

What do you understand that others don't?

What knowledge do you have that is most precious to you?

In my opinion, the greatest hindrence of recognizing your self is the habit of searching for yourself.

I is not an objektive experience. I is to close to I to be found by I. I was never lost. I will never be found.

But tell me; what is your greatest hindrence?

It’s a question I’m constantly drilling down on , and the concept of I and ego is definitely at the top of my list also.

I think the greatest tests to ego can come once all the nuts and bolts spiritual work has been destilled down to close to source energy… and then success and accolades are often the next inevitable step.

that can be a dangerous time for those on the path to enlightenment and I foresee some battles in my future as well in that regard. That’s why I am continually impressed by Leo, he’s navigated this potential hindrance very skillfully
