Covid brain fog, again — any tips?

How is your nutrition?

Can you be more hydrated? 
Eat clean home made food? 
Gave you tried laying down meditation to calm the nervous system?

Last time I consulted an ayurvedic professional about covid symptoms she had me drinking Bone broth, resting, and making teas and mostly fasting, mostly drinking liquids (soups, teas and broth.

Ultimately, accept that which is out of your control to change. I’ve had a medical mishap happen a week ago. Instead of blaming the nurse for what had happened, I am looking at it from a place of compassion, empathy, and understanding. She was clearly in a lot of stress, as was I. I accept and forgive her.

Update: my doctor private messaged me today and said that thing’s will start healing on its own without any intervention. What a beautiful Christmas gift!

I'm as far as I can tell back to normal. I just kept to my normal routine really (which is more healthy than not).
