all it is basically people who are decision making , and making decisions to benefit something own good?. Can say that chatbot would make a better politician that most.

That sounds rather arbitrary. If something had the competence to lead (be it human, AI, alien or whatever) couldn't it do so? The only problem I see is that people might not trust a leader that isn't human, which isn't surprising considering that they already struggle trusting other humans with that, but I don't think that this diminishes the potential of general AI being capable of leadership, at least in the future, since that's more of a cultural thing.

@mr_engineer Yuval Noah Harari wrote a popular book but doesn't have a strong belief in the human spirit. He believes people are too tainted to govern. Instead an emotion less centralized system should control the entire world. His thoughts are ignorantly dangerous because he wants to eliminate freewill. He's either a fool or purposely trying to create a world controlled by the few.

It's not arbirary because you gotta take responsiblity for making decisions. An AI cannot make decisions for you because it doesn't have your life experience and values.

What an AI needs and what a human needs are totally different things.

As an example, a chimpanzee cannot outsource its decisions to a human. Unless it wants to end up in a cage begging for bananas.
