Also for other people out there: reduce sources of stimulation. Cutting back or eliminating them altogether can help massively. No need to add more things to do to your day, which is one possible cause of stress in the first place.

Are there sources of continuous overstimulation? I've found cutting back on those or eliminating them altogether even if temporarily helps a lot. Turn off the tv, phone and router, etc.

thanks for the resources.

@UnbornTao Hey. I don't quite understand your question. Are you asking me about whether I, personally, have sources of overstimulation in my life? Or something else?

Thank you for the high quality resources!

I found that being in sun for at least 5-10 minutes in a row helps. Also activities like singing and dancing (not necessarily at the same time ?) are very powerful (and enjoyable) for releasing stress.
