Basically ADD is the old name for what's now called "innatentive ADHD", which is one of three types of ADHD.

The most common symptoms for people with ADHD, innatentive type are:

- Trouble paying attention and concentrating 

- Easily distracted

- "Zoning out" even when being talked to directly 

- Daydreaming 

- Trouble organizing themselves and finishing tasks 

- Forgetting routine chores such as; paying bills on time or returning phone calls

I have ADHD and been taking Vyvanse since 2018. I’ve tried virtually every dose, and then some. 
 

It’s a hell of a trip.

I’m about 80% inattentive and 20% hyperactive. It’s a lengthy process to get diagnosed for ADHD especially if you’re an adult. Only a doctor can tell if you truly have ADHD, B12 deficiency and anemia can show similar symptoms as well as a lot of mental ilnesses. I got diagnosed recently and 10 mg of Ritalin is doing wonders for me.
