  1. Another day another glass of warm and soothing tea. Oh the recipe was made to perfection he thought. The dark-brewed puerh tea, charged with the spirit of ancient china. He reminices to old china, like that's his roots. "haha, he thought" as a smile emerged. Many a friend had told him about their past lives, but to the Alabaster Master this never really resonated, he like the thought, and never ought to critisize someone for believing it, for he understood it probably is a reason for why they think this way. For the Alabaster Master had a ton of respect for people who dared to live spiritually, and enjoyed the company of those who were exploring consciousness on a deeper level that commonly thought possible. And the 4th and final step:Calm your body, relax your eyes, and look out upon the world with a soft inner smile. Oh my, the chinese and taoists surely did know something. QiGong, taiji, living in slow motion what wonders and beauty these things lead to. The wonder and beauty that is always right there, at the tip of your nose, waiting for you to take a concious sniff.

  3. Here we go. My journal yo. I had a goal to make 3 videos this week no matter how shitty they are. So here it is. I like to just express myself from whatever state I am in.   4. @Thought Art "Takes years to cultivate" Can often and easily be used as an excuse not to make important changes you can do today! For example a healthy diet does not take years to accomplish. You can cut out junk food today. And then from there it's a long journey,
  5. I got a 13/40. With Vanity being maxed out. I believe because I look at myself in the mirror a lot. Not that I give any fucks about fashion or beauty culture. This test is very simple and with it's either / or questions. Like someone wrote here in the comments. Narcissistic answer = narcissist points. Humble answer = No points. This is basically the pattern on the test.
  6. Dungeons and Dragons gives you an opportunity to explore characters and improvisation. It allows you to really think about morals and create your own. It's like a fantasy adventure movie, and you're playing the main characters.
  7. @bazera Hey, I am not on this diet. And I doubt I will ever do it. Except if I was trying a fruit only cleanse for a few days. Leo used intermiddent fasting and carnivore diet to heal his autoimmune disease.
  8. @Harikrishnan 1.Drinking Caffeine? 2.Wind-Down Routine 3.Sleep Hygiene Are you drinking any coffee or any other forms of caffeine? Cut it out or switch to green tea and no caffeine later than 2 pm and you'll be lights out I'm sure! And I would greatly reccommend doing some Sauna or some Yoga or other relaxation techniques before bed. This can help your body not be so freaking tense while you sleep. Here are some tips for Sleep Hygiene:

For example only eating calories between 10 am and 6 pm for example. This way your body will naturally burn fat. This can be done on any diet and is hughly reccomended for losing fat.

  13. Don't assume he is innocent or guilty. The guy seems quite cold and disconnected from emotions, so I could see him being able to do this kind of thing. On the other side I'm sure certain people would love to dissapear him or shut him up for good.
