Can someone explain to me what movement that is, which you can see at 2:30?

I noticed it because it's what I tend to want to do when I meditate, usually I try to suppress it because I'm trying not to move as I meditate.

 Is there a name for it? And what purpose does it have?

@Scholar They also do that in Kundalini Yoga if i'm correct. I don't know if it does anything specific, but it looks like it represents uniting the two sides and going from the lower chakras to the crown "where you release the energy". Brining the hands together closes the movement and is the starting of your meditation. That's how I see it
