@puporing yes i watched daniel's grieving video. that is enough for now i think. it reminded me that comprehension is a different element of personal development than forgiveness

It’s hard to give resources wi to out knowing what the verbal conflict was and how it has affected you

Ex: I witness my parents fight and scream a lot; ‘verbal conflict.’

Personally, I became an argumentative brat over having witness this for so long.

But some would have become timid.

What kind of verbal conflict for you? To you like to bicker? Or are you more timid because of this?

I’d need a bit more context.

Yes but he's controversial - Daniel Mackler (he's on YouTube) if you feel up to it. He helped me a lot I really needed someone to side with my inner child and not waver on it (fact is 5/6 of the therapists I saw did waver on this).

Also highly recommend Gabor Mate, he's prob more palatable to the spiritual crowd.

yeeees I know Daniel Mackler.

He seems sometimes a bit unhealthy to me, too negative and using his channel to spill it out , however, I don ´´t blame him for that, it has helped me too, I also needed someone to side with me !!!!!!! I even read his book "breaking from your parents" and his documentary on healing schizophrenia in finland is interesting

@John Paul Yeah.. somehow I was able to recognize it and moved on from them.. I think most therapists have not internally broken away from their parents so they cannot help someone else to do this either. There's still some value and most are empathetic to an extent or another.

So much wisdom in your statement. Healers seek to heal because they want to alleviate their suffering by alleviating suffering of others.

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.
