How Impermanence Debunks Boredom

9 posts in this topic

Notice the mystery of impermanence, you are a continual mystery and surprise to yourself, constantly changing, always entertained, you never know what will be until it is, close your eyes, you didn't know what would appear but u effortlessly and spontaneously created it, rub your eyes, you didn't know that shape. Really get in touch with this on the most profound and sensate level. That's the cure :). That's infinite entertainment effortlessly unfolding. Paraphrased from the epilogue episode of the headless way on Sam Harris' Waking Up meditation app.

Its never known what will be until it IS.

Close the eyes, it's unknown what will appear next.

Put a little non-dual spin on it ❤

Boredom or the ability to be bored is a feature of any mind that has that feature.  Theres no reason to assume every experience of life in existence has that feature, boredom is mostly a human thing.
