Great, another example of how unconsciousness causes destruction in lives. How to get out? Find the most simplest way for the victim to understand his/her situation, shed light and allow them to see. Not easy though.

SS makes actually some sense. It is another expression for 'if you can't beat them join them'. It is pretty reasonable to survive. Survival beats sometimes moral dignity.

In a way life in itself is kind of SS. At least for most people it is suffering but people try to find a way to deal, get along or even try to love that 'shitty deal' called life.
