How to deal with external constraints such as money and time investment needed to start business ?

-Some say that lack of money is just another limiting belief , an excuse we give to ourselves.

-Aren't they the reality of situation that should be accepted as real risks , which need to be managed and mitigated?

It's part of the game.

I'd recommend you to pursue financial education and emotional mastery.

Whether you are urging investors to fund your expansion or seeking a bank loan, you must know how much money you require. Most people would say you should raise as much money as you can. Though, in many cases, more isn’t always better.

You can bootstrap it. It's becoming a trend actually.

Basically, design it so that customers are paying for it from the start, and it makes money before it starts to require a lot of money.

Lack of time, however, is usually lack of priorities. In my direct experience I see from me and my friend who are both starting our own thing, you have to work on it every day at least a bit. Then block out a big chunk of time every week. If you can't do that, say no to other things until you can.

You could lose all your money yes and it may take a few tries, but usually this is the route for most entrepreneurs, they have a lot of failures before a big success. So this is part of the process and something you have to learn from.

Getting the funding is also part of the game but depending on where you are there are usually options for this.
