12/02/2021 (Week 3)

If I treat listening as a creative act...

  • I'll be careful to what people say
  • I'll be more able to detect people's intentions
  • I'll be more able to detect lies and manipulations
  • I'll deal better with people
  • I'll could use people's ideas to grow myself
  • I'll realize that by being attentive, I'll notice others mistakes, and will be able to avoid the same mistakes

If I notice how people are affected by the quality of my listening...

  • I'll put a little more importance into listening
  • I'll respect more others opinions even if they are wrong, but without necessarily subscribing to them
  • I'll open myself a little more to people
  • I'll avoid to use my smartphone while dealing with people
  • I'll let go of thoughts that are unrelated to a current conversation
  • I'll realize the impact that I have on people

If I bring more awareness to my dealings with people today...

  • my responses would be a little less automatic, but more genuine and/or thoughtful
  • I'll better catch my emotional reactions
  • I'll better catch moments where I'm afraid of having social interactions
  • I'll enhance the clarity of my mind during social interactions
  • I'll realize that I've been avoiding people most of my life
  • I'll open myself to the possibility of having great social interactions

If I commit to dealing with people fairly and benevolently...

  • I'll bring more kindness to my social interactions
  • I'll be more genuine in my social interactions
  • I'll use assertiveness when necessary
  • I'll put proper boundaries
  • I'll be able to find the balance between being kind, genuine, open and being assertive, having boundaries, and not letting people abuse me
  • my relationships will improve a little every day, feel better and better, and I'll be happy to have social interactions

  • bring kindness to my relationships without being a fool

  • put proper boundaries with people
  • care about people without becoming a people pleaser, nor a victim
  • I do some efforts to improve the quality of my relationships

  • I'll admit that I need to make some structural changes in my environment in order to support my life
  • I'll be more effective in doing my activities
  • I'll create more easily flow states
  • I'll be happier to go through my days

If I bring a higher level of self-esteem to my dealings with people today...

  • I'll recognize that everyone has strengths and weaknesses
  • I'll see that everyone can bring something
  • I'll have more acceptance without necessary tolerating everything
  • people will be happier to engage with me
  • I'll naturally attract people with high self-esteem
  • I'll improve my social skills

If I am 5 percent more self-accepting today...

  • I'll recognize that I'm not perfect

  • I'll be able to quickly go through emotions related to confusion and overwhelming and move up the emotional scale
